Night adult show, Elmer, Karen and Eudit were fun and spectacular. It was hombres vs Mujeres y fue fun and entertaining. Lots of laughter. Thank you for the experience.

Excellent stay
This is a late review we were there for the 2 nd time from March 10-24, 2025. The rooms a clean spacious and beautiful. Staff is wonderful always ready to help in any way. Food is fabulous- Chef Harold is just wow with his special suppers. The Italian is amazing there manager Anthonio always makes you feel welcome and will do anything to please you and there Chef Maria is excellent she made a special meal for us that was fantastic. We love it so much you are returning for a 3 rd time in March 2026 for our 25 wedding anniversary.

Rooms were clean 3/5 but had a little odor. Weather was humid. Some reviews said there is no hot water. There is hot water. The food was good 3/5. The food at Oceano restaurant was excellent 4/5; Margarita was great. Seaside grill 2/5, the food was no good. Portofino food was not bad 3/5, the chocolate lava cake was great. The staff were excellent but knows very little English but they tried their best to assist always. The Kid’s Explorer club was great for my kid. He enjoyed it and adores Kelly!! In the middle of the night I could hear airplane passing by except for that it nice and quiet. The activities 3/5, staff tried to keep us busy and entertained. The night activities are usually good. The day time activities could be improved. The city tour excursion was exceptional 4/5. Karen and Luis (concierge)from Preferred Lounge was very helpful and assisted with our needs. It’s best you know at least a little Spanish or have translator on your phone ready.
