We partnered with fitness coach and influencer Victoria Brown (@victoriabrown on Instagram) to send her on a Memorial Day weekend getaway, but little did she know Michael, her now fiancé, had planned a very special surprise to elevate their weekend escape into an unforgettable memory.
We’re here to share the details of Victoria and Michael’s stay at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos, from their luxury airport transfer to the details of the beautiful beachfront proposal!
Arriving in style
Victoria is a cycling instructor, life coach, and podcaster based out of New York City, so after the nearly six-hour flight to Los Cabos, she was ready to kickstart her vacation. After grabbing an ice-cold beer at the airport bar, she was picked up in a Tesla X ECO V Private Airport Transfer courtesy of Amstar DMC! This transfer was equipped with luxury amenities, like free Wi-Fi, and took Victoria and Michael straight to their resort.
Prioritizing health & wellness
Nobu Hotel Los Cabos is an idyllic retreat for relaxing, but given Victoria’s active lifestyle, she took full advantage of the resort’s expansive fitness center. Guests can enjoy a variety of machines and free weights and access to the yoga patio and tennis courts. Victoria and Michael loved picking up a few games of tennis before hitting the pool!
Victoria also used her weekend getaway as a chance to prioritize her wellness, from taking time to listen to the sound of the waves on her balcony to daily meditation and embracing the feeling of sunshine on her face. If we say so ourselves, the beach is the perfect place for a wellness retreat!

While we coordinated with Victoria to plan her resort experience, Michael was busy coordinating an additional surprise–a romantic proposal on the beach. Michael was able to arrange a beachfront picnic with the help of the resort staff, and it’s safe to say Victoria was over the moon when he got down on one knee. The happy couple toasted to their engagement with champagne on the beach, and when they returned to their room, they were greeted with chocolate-covered strawberries!
