Blue Lagoon
You can’t visit Rangiroa and not visit the breathtaking, and world-famous, Blue Lagoon. Known as the “lagoon within a lagoon,” this gem boasts picturesque emerald water, tons of colorful marine life and stunning strings of coral. The water is shallow enough in some parts that make it perfect for walking from one palm tree-covered islet to the next. However, snorkeling is still a must in the deeper areas, where you’ll often get to make friends with blacktip reef sharks and lemon sharks!Blue Lagoon
