Fabulous Cozumel
Great week. First club was awesome. Great team especially Omar Luis Cristian who took care of us all week. Good food and great drinks. Fabulous weather with warm and calm ocean with a great beach. Pool area was excellent with umbrellas when needed. Looking forward to returning next year.

Good value resort for friends and families
The resort was well set up for all sorts of guests (families, friends, divers). Good food and there was always something available. The activities team did a great job encouraging guests to participate in activities, join in games, and generally drive engagement. In particular Sara and Angel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable!

Great time at Allegro Cozumel
We had a great trip to the Allegro Cozumel. The activity team, particularly Sara and Angel, were fantastic. Had a ton of fun playing beach volleyball. Kids water play area was also super fun. Good food and plenty of it, lots of healthy options too. Beach area was super clean and clear water with some snorkeling offshore.

Front desk needs more training
The front staff gave us conflicting information and we were not given a reservation at the most popular restaurant because the staff told us we couldn’t book it in advance when we were supposed to be “guaranteed” two reservations. A manager finally told us we should have been able to book the restaurant in advance but by then there was no availability. For those who can’t get a “guaranteed” reservation check out Alberto’s down the street. Even though the hotel told us the nearest restaurant was 30 mins away in town we found online that was not the case. They have live music and the food was great!

Allegro
We found that the staff was very accommodating and we also found that the service in the buffets for dinners and breakfast was good but the food was subpar this time. We were there five years ago in April and we see that it’s gone downhill. There was better food last time, and there was better service, but the service was very good this time from a few of the waiters and waitresses. Felix was one of the best servers at breakfast and lunch.
