Came to Allegro Cozumel with my mom for a mother daughter trip. The resort is very clean and the grounds are stunning. The birds and other wildlife are fantastic to observe. The rooms were very clean as well and the staff were very helpful in moving us to a quieter room on our second night. Thank you Andrea for your amazing hospitality and kindness. The food wasn't fantastic, but my mom and I always were able to find something we liked. We especially loved the breakfast buffet and the omelette station guys were awesome. The pools are also extremely clean. This is definitely a great family resort- I can see how if you have kids here it would be lots of fun. Lastly, the beach was beautiful. There was always space available in the shade for us and we loved swimming and snorkeling. Lastly, I want to give a special shout out to the entertainment team: David, Juan Diego, Sara, Diego, and Angel. Especially David and Diego. Sara also was fantastic with the morning stretch class. Everyone was SO much fun and awesome to be around and kept us active and entertained.

Allegro Cozumel is beautiful! Entertainment team is great ! David is very energetic and is always postive ! The hibachi is very good ! The shows at night were amazing ! My family and I come here every year and we love it !! Can’t wait to Come back !

Beach and rooms were ok, food felt like Cuba. Average service. Terrible coffee from machines. Staff was not very friendly. Lots of weeds on the beach.

Amazing trip
Our experience was great with all the services and activities that were done here. The activity people such as david, diego, and angel were amazing and fun to be with and play volleyball together. They made the experience 5 times better with their high spirits and energy levels. I will be coming back to this resort.

Family Vacation April 6-13
Our family stayed from April 6-13, 2025. Two young children (4&2) very much enjoyed our time at Allegro as our first time visit. Our room was the furthest away from the beach, but the walks to the splash pad, pools and beach was not a hassle at all. Kids had a blast and we very much enjoyed the small size of the resort and availability of beach and pool chairs at anytime during the day. The food and buffet was to be expected reviewing other reviews prior to arriving, food quality was pretty good although the selection wasn't amazing. We did not go hungry at all, and our kids live off of fruit, fries, hot dogs and hamburgers at home anyways! Staff were friendly and engaging Couple suggestions is that the resort can do a better job advertising the nightly shows or the kids club activities in the lobby, along pathways instead of in one location near the beach bar. This would result in better turn out in my humble opinion. The beach could use a regular dragging of seaweed in the mornings just for a better overall experience. Washrooms around the resort had some difficulty with automatic flushing, so there were some surprises in toilets when taking our children to the washroom. All in all great first visit, no MAGA bs encountered and would recommend to young families!
