, and the beach was pristine, but what truly made our trip unforgettable was the incredible interaction with the staff. The team at the buffets and restaurants is consistently top-notch. Our favorite part of our stay was spending time with the First Club staff. Andres, Angel, and Eder are simply fantastic—they always treated us like family and made every conversation enjoyable. Their constant smiles and extra attention to our family, especially our daughters, made us feel so special. A standout moment was when Mayra went above and beyond, giving our 4-year-old daughter bows so she could feel like a princess. These personal touches are what keep us coming back to this resort year after year. Rene and his team at the Kids Club and activities were a big hit with both kids and adults. They truly go out of their way to make every moment memorable. The amazing people at Allegro Playacar make this resort a home away from home. We wholeheartedly recommend visiting—you’ll leave with wonderful memories and a new family to cherish!

Oscar for President.
Oscar was excellent and his entertainment activities crew were great. I will make to mention Allegro to all my friends and family. I wish I could have spent more time here maybe we’ll be back in two years with more of our family. I would recommend Oscar to be one of your top supervisors. He was that good at his job.

Alegro Playa Car
The shows were awesome. Oscar was a great guy. We had so much fun and hope to be back soon. The hotel was very nice. The entertainment team was so fun. Hope the same people will be here again. Nice to have people we met. It was a family trip and it was so much fun. Keep it up. The grounds were beautiful and well kept.

Our family had the best time.
The atmosphere was the best. The pool games are good. We loved the volleyball on the beach. The food was excellent. We stayed here for the 3rd time and will always come back. We love to come here every year. The entertainment team is always awesome.

Excellent location, clean beach, gated community. Room needed some small repairs, but it was ok. Very good value for the money.
