  Excellent hotel with very professional customer service.

  A lovely hotel, it's built on a slope so if you have any walking difficulties, ensure you contact the hotel to be placed in a suitable room. Three pools, two outside and one indoors which is heated. A good enough gym for a hotel - had dumbbells, kettlebells, jump box as well as the normal hotel gym type of equipment. There wasn't much around the hotel, there is a small market shop and chemist in walking distance. Entertainment was very good but overall the hotel catered for mostly French and German. Ensure you introduce yourself to the reps if you are English speaking as they will start to add English announcements. The food is excellent for an inclusive holiday.

  All-inclusive is not all-inclusive - many hidden charges which although are small are annoying. You have to pay for room safe €2.50 per day, pool towels cash deposit €10 and a €1 charge per towel for changing them for fresh ones, a €10 charge for using a cabana bed. A one-drink token only allows one drink at a time, so if I wanted water and an alcoholic drink, I could not do this with one token. There is no waiter service by the pool, you have to return the plastic cup yourself to get your next drink. Food quality was poor - overcooked, bland and uninspiring. Although the facilities make it a 4-star hotel, I don't think the additional charging policies and service reflected a 4-star all-inclusive experience. Disappointing

  Disappointed with ocean view room . Long walk to beach

  Disappointed with sea view room ( paid extra for ) More like roof top view of apartments in front No tea or coffee facilities in room on arrival. But was supplied . When ask . Overall site was keep clean Accommodation is long walk from reception / main building . No offer of help with cases The beach is a very long hard walk down & harder walk back . Beach is a fantastic sandy beach . Mixture of mixture of texture & non texture sunbathers . All meals . Good choice of food . Whilst entertainment staff worked hard . Did not cater for English of an evening. Found wi fi slow . All staff friendly & helpful . If you got a car . Easy way to get to beach 🤔 Leaving hotel at front . Straight across roundabout . Take first turning on right . Drive to end . Enter car park & drive down the track road in left hand corner . Park at bottom among camper vans . You on top of beach . Last day . Save the job of dragging cases up path to reception. Pull car from big car park . Round to back gate . Easier to wheel cases down to back gate , Than drag them up the path to main building . If you want a hotel . Where you can sit around the pool all day . With endless food & drink . With friendly staff . Hotel for you . But as said . Disappointed with ocean view room

  Good hotel for price you get what you pay for. Quiet area but great for relaxing break

  Overall what we expected. A good hotel for what we paid. Always food that we liked available. Restaurant could cope with the number of guests and clearing staff did just about keep up. Always difficult to keep food piping hot with a buffet. So avoid if this is really important for you. Wine was better than expected. Rooms were good, pleased we did not pay for my Favourites upgrade but pleased we did pay more for seaview. Outdoor pools cool but usable by start April. Indoor pool good but a bit small. Jacuzzi was not warm enough to sit in for more than a few minutes. Only 1 degree hotter than indoor pool. We were pleased we had a car as nothing much round hotel except the lovely beach a shortish walk away. Need to be physically fit to walk too and from beach so would not recommend this hotel for anyone with any mobility limitations.

  Ok but needs improvement, 3*+

  Place was clean and presented nice. Views amazing and great location for a not busy area. Food was some of best I've had for all Inc holiday to be fair. Good variety and fresh and warm. Enjoyed the food Some issues tho The other restaurant we could not book and no reason why Drinks was probably the worst part: You get a token for each guest to get a cup. Only 1 drink at a time. But they are very small and only one bar open most of the day so can be busy Only soft drinks are fizzy drinks or like warm water. No juice or something else other than at breakfast in main restaurant and it's bad juice Alcoholic drinks are ok but small cups means you are back and forth a lot. Cocktails are out of a machine and you can tell Pools were cold but it's that time of year. Middle pool needs refurbishment. Floor coming away and looks like loads of dirt or sand on floor but it's not it's paint coming off Spa, only used indoor pool. The steam room and 1 of the saunas didn't work with no reason why Rooms have thin walls and we had a delightful French family next door that wanted to have a full political debate at full volume at 6.30am every morning. Even stood outside on a phone call loud speaker at 8am shouting. Not hotels fault but its a review of the place overall We were right at bottom opposite the gate. Needs a good oil and soft close. Really loud Location is basically a few hotels and 1 super market nothing else but a nice walk down beach for 45 mins to a little shopping area. Beach is very nice, clear sand and stunning water Good + Food + Location + Beach + Clean and tidy Bad - Drinks and the cup system - Pool - Facilities in spa - Thin walls Enjoyed our break but won't go back
