  Wonderful getaway

  We absolutely loved our stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres! The food was exceptional, the service impeccable, and the facilities and suites truly world-class. A special thanks to our amazing butlers, Victor and Aline, who went above and beyond—anticipating our needs before we even knew them. Every detail was handled with care, making our stay feel truly magical. Huge thanks to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience—we can’t wait to return!

  Great Babymoon Getaway

  This was our second visit to this property, and it was just as amazing as the first. The rooms are beautiful, the food is great—being from southern Louisiana, I know good food—and the service is top notch. The only negative I have is that they kept asking us if we were celebrating anything and we told them our anniversary and a babymoon, but there was no follow up. I had to drink mocktails on this trip and they were all really great as well. We took a photo session on property with El instante studio, and they were really amazing as well.

  Home away from home!!

  We just returned from our 3rd visit, and our 2nd visit as Inspira members. This time we took our adult children. We were a party of 8. The rooms are amazing. We had 4 rooms. 2 Inspira King Oceanfront jr suites, 1 Inspira double ocean view swim out and 1 Inspira Master suite. Love the pillows! The bathroom exceeds any others. Large double sink, huge shower, great soaking tub, Molton Brown soaps, shampoo, lotion. Everything about this resort makes us feel like home. The staff is beyond compare as usual. For the 3rd time we were lucky to have Hiram as one of our butlers, along with his new partner Martin. Seeing Hiram felt like seeing an old friend. He and Martin together were attentive, professional and kind throughout our stay for us and our “kids”. They managed to get us reservations at all the restaurants we requested for a table of 8. One of the rooms had a problem with the air at the beginning of the week and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Our beautiful room(Inspira King oceanfront jr suite) also had an issue which was unable to be fixed quickly, so we were moved to another room (Inspira master suite-spectacular). We were assisted by Karina (butler manager) and other staff. Grateful to Erick, the butler supervisor, and Martín, the rooms division manager, for their care and concern. Special shout out to Arturo, one of the restaurant managers who organized a special dinner for us in the Italian restaurant in the private room. He, along with Carlos (our server) and Israel (the amazing chef) made this a night to remember. El Suspiro is one of our favorites for breakfast. Oscar and Wendy are fantastic. They remember our usual orders. We always start with the fresh fruit platter and pastries which are delicious. Mercado is our other favorite for breakfast. This fabulous buffet has numerous stations for made to order favorites, as well as Mexican specialties. Jacinto took good care of us. We ate many lunches at the pool, but Bikini Azul by the relaxation pool and Limón y Sal at the main pool are great options. Burgers, fish bites, and BLT among the favorites. Our favorites at the pool were chicken or steak quesadillas, guacamole and chips and rock shrimp. We spent most days at the Inspira pool and beach. Rojas, pool concierge, is a rock star. Always there to make sure we were comfortable. Emmanuel and Jhordy also took great care at the pool and beach. Ricardo is a super server at the pool, catering to everyone’s needs. Faustino is the terrific bartender who we kept very busy!! Frozen mojitos, aperol spritz, vodka w/pineapple & cranberry, and spicy margaritas are favorites. We have already booked our next visit for December.

  Hit or miss food and experience. Beautiful property

  Currently on day 2 of our honeymoon and sincerely surprised our experience hasn’t been better based on the other reviews. They keeping asking if we are celebrating anything and we keep telling them it’s our honeymoon but we haven’t received anything special. After seeing photos of the rose petals and champagne, we were expecting some acknowledgement of the special occasion in our room. Food is really hit or miss. The first two days we were here all the dinner reservations were full so you’re left with 5:30pm reservations. We’re from California so that’s a 2:30pm dinner and we were starving again by 8pm and went for round two, they were very nice about fitting us in without a reservation at the Med restaurant. We started figuring out the food spots on day 3, like the seafood restaurant at the main pool which is really delicious and fun vibes. Our room smells like vomit and we called housekeeping and they brought in an air filtration unit but walking into a room that smells like barf is kind of a downer every time. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a private pool through Amex so we are nervous to move, plus unpacking and repacking is a hassle. Hoping the rest of the week exceeds our expectations!

  Amazing service!

  Everything was fantastic! No complaints. Jorge and Armando were our butlers and they did an excellent job! Everybody is very attentive. Everyone is happy to serve you and everything you order is delicious. Perfect trip. We cannot wait to go back!
