Great staff at the beach! Kevin and Sharif were super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the area! They made my visit exceptional!! Very clean resort and beachfront. Lots to see and do in the area. I will be back. Thank you so much Ocean Beach resort!!

Amazing
Kevin and sharlf are the best The beach service was absolutely amazing! The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. From setting up the loungers and umbrellas to delivering with a smile, everything was seamless. The team was quick to respond to requests, and their professionalism truly stood out. Relaxing by the water has never been this effortless and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch service with a touch of luxury!

Jan 28, 2025Leaking ceiling and no response from managers
I had a ceiling leak in my room the last two nights of my stay here. I told the front desk when the leak first started and they came to fix it, but it started leaking again in the middle of the night. Both nights we had to sleep with a noise machine on because the water dripping into the bucket kept us up. Our room quickly became musty and wet, with towels across the floor. The last night of my stay both of my pillows were wet when I got into bed. It was gross and all of our clothes (clean and dirty) had to be washed when we got home because of the dampness and mustiness. What is even more frustrating is that I have called numerous times to talk to a manager and each time I am met with a roadblock from the front desk. It seems impossible to get a manager live. I have been calling for a week without a return call from a single manager, and each time I call they have a different excuse. The first time I called, the manager was in a meeting. The second time I was told that a manager would never answer a cold call and would only call back after putting in a message, and the last time I called I was put through to a voicemail that was never returned. It feels very strange, and at this point, they are giving me the runaround until I stop calling.

Jan 28, 2025Beautiful Resirt for family before Cruise
Family of 13, 5 rooms spread over differ floors and a different building. Everyone was happy with there room. Food for breakfast was a buffet a good choices for kids and adults. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was close to there rooms. Everyone enjoyed the beach. Got 3 Uber to take to the cruise terminal. I would definitely go back.

Jan 26, 2025Awful, dirty hotel in need of a deep cleaning and remodeling. Ocean Front to run from!!
Our room was supposed to be ocean front. When we walked off the elevator, we found the hallways to be dirty and full of garbage. The room was ajar, which immediately gave me a creepy feeling. When we opened the door, we found a room that looked like it was in major need of cleaning and renovating. The closet had a huge gouge through it. The furniture was all scratched and old and when I pulled back the sheets… there was a stain!!! The carpets were also in need of vacuuming. It was awful. Management told us they were oversold on ocean front so we had to stay across the street at an ocean view room with no balcony and listen to traffic It was a terrible experience I would never stay at this hotel ever again. They don’t even offer a common area for you to bring food back to relax inside, their food is gross but they make you buy theirs if you sit near the bar area. They are less than accommodating when the weather is bad
