Noah was great with checking us in early. After a long wait at airport and figuring out what to do with our luggages. Noah provided us complementary early check in! Provided all info needed. Speedy service was great! Hotel looks clean and atmosphere had a fun vibe!

Noah was amazing, he made my stay great with the check-in and the excellent customer service. will Definity come back. also enjoy my beach service stay was on point with finding me a good spot. as well the food at the beach. thank you again. B our guest.

Great front desk service!
Noah at the front desk was so generous and kind!! We arrived early and he was able to check us into a room right away. Such a great experience! Highly recommend. We are so looking forward to another fun stay at B Ocean Resort in Fort Lauderdale. Yay!

Feb 28, 2025What a waste of money! Not worth $500
I paid almost $500 for one night in this hotel, it was worth about $80. The sheets were stained, the lamp shade was hanging off/broken, the dresser looked like a garage sale reject, the bathroom light came on about 25% and the nightstand outlets didn’t work at all. I felt like I was at a Motel 6. Besides the room, the hotel was decent. Oh, and the exterior doors aren’t locked, so there is NO security to the hotel. Very scary in today’s world.

Won’t be back
Your first impression of the hotel is the valet. Not very welcoming. You have to do everything, there’s no warm welcoming, you have to take your luggage out of your car (while valet is standing around), then go get someone so they know you want to your car parked. We had the same experience in opposite direction when we left the hotel. Car pulls up, valet gets out and stands by the drivers door. Meanwhile my husband and I are loading our bags in the car. Never helped. I had tip money in my hand but he made no attempt to help or even make eye contact with me. His tip money went home with me. Talked with a few other hotel guest and the feeling was mutual. We felt catfish. The pictures you see online is not what you get. There’s two pools. One on a smaller size and another one has windows that go to the bar so people can see you swimming. Weird! The room service staff are rude and just walk around saying “don’t speak english” and quickly walk away from you. You’re telling me that not one of them speaks english??? One day we didn’t get our room cleaned. I called asked for our room to be cleaned, no one came. I called and asked can I at least get towels….no one came. 3 hours later I’m down at the main desk asking for the for towels. Rooms are old, beds are very uncomfortable. I won’t be back and you shouldn’t stay there.
