    Great treatment on the beach

    Kevin at b resort took care of us on the private beach at the resort getting us chairs right at the ocean line,even came over to check on my elderly mom to make sure she was feeling ok. Super helpful and attentive ! Made the day at the beach a great experience

    Waste of money

    Don’t waste your money. Go to the Marriott next door. Few amenities bunch of stuff not working in rooms. And they hit you with an extra $43 dollar fee for for Beach chairs even if you don’t use them. They should tell you about this when you book. Food is very expensive and not very good. Inconsistent service. Rooms seemed clean enough but again pretty stark. No table in the room and only two reading lamps by the bed. No other lighting so the room was very dark. Had to use my cell phone light find things in my suitcase.

    I love this hotel , Stephanie is the most amazing sweetest employee ever, so nice of hotel liason,,luv this place Sean 2024. Service is excellent. She made my vacation, made a boston guy feel special. Great conversation we talked hockey, Ireland, etc. Will be back to the Sand Bar to see Steph!! Go Bruins!

    Amazing

    Beach service was great, made the trip worth while. Thyreke and Kevin made sure we were taken care of on the beach. Rooms were great and comfortable. Location was great. Friendly staff and service. Will be back on that private beach for sure.

    Thomas from IRD made my stay

    I ordered delivery and the concierge wouldn't let the driver up to deliver my food. I got transferred to Thomas from in room dining and he was actually able to help. He was so helpful with my disability and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. He was very humble and acted like it wasn't a big deal, but he was really kind and helpful.
