Absolutely lovely resort. Not huge , easy to navigate. Beds super comfy. Staff were all so friendly. courteous, and accommodating. Everything kept very clean. Food was good and plentiful, would only like snack options for when restaurants are closed. We were on royal level which had perk of high floor, priority checkin/ departure and private restaurant. The seafood restaurant was very good, Japanese had some very good dishes but others were bland. Pool is clean and nice with hot tubs. Almost no merchants on beach to annoy you. And great location

Great waiter. Always on his toes making sure everyone is satisfied with drinks. He brings everyone water regardless of if they ask or not. Very respectful, fun, and caring. I hope to see him again the next time I come to Barcelo resort. Best waiter.

Jorman - Cocktail Waiter Pool&Beach
Super helpful server, always attentive, friendly, and welcoming whenever my wife and I came to the beach. He took the time to spark a conversation with us to get to know us and we even got some great recommendations on different activities to do during our stay. We looked forward to relaxing on the beach knowing Jorman would be there to serve us. He even brought me my drink right to the water! Great guy and would be happy to have him as our server anytime! We’ll be looking forward to seeing him again next time we come to Barcelo!

The location was amazing the service was exceptional the hotel needs up grading. Beach and pool chairs are tired. Room was ok but needed upgrading. Breakfast buffet was standard but lunch and dinner was awful. We eat outside the resort after the third night. Drinks are expensive in aruba so it's worth it to come here just for the free breakfast and the drinks

Jorman made sure our drinks were always filled and always cold. Amazing attention to detail, he always remembered what we liked to drink and brought us water regularly. Great personality, wonderful guy. Huge asset to the Barcelo group! Thank You!
