    Couple Romantic Vacation

This was our first time visiting Aruba. I thought I did my research and selected great hotel accommodations. But I was fooled. I was extremely disappointed for the nightly cost we paid - the mattress was very firm. The entire resort's furniture is out dated, dirty and needs attention. The entire guest service personnel were rude, unfriendly and I think they all hate their jobs. Breakfast was decent, but the lunch and dinner options are horrible. I think they freeze everything and take it from the freezer to the microwave then serve. However the location of this resort is A1. We were able to get to different restaurants and shopping with ease. The beach was top notch. Towels are always available - but seating - first come first served. But if you get a seat, then it is very relaxing and enjoyable. The entertainment is good. We did lots of dancing. Overall, I would rather pay to stay at a Hilton, or Holiday INN - The all inclusive meals were not worth the money - nor were the watered down drinks.

    Wonderful wonderful service!

Barcelo all inclusive was great. We had some great experiences with the staff. Manuel and his captain ennett pasam made it special for my wife and I. From the dining experience to customer service was so awesome. Thank you again to them both.

    Family Trip to Aruba

Went to Barcelo for a family vacation. Loved the grounds and the ocean. Fry at the buffet was absolutely amazing throughout. I just wish reservations for dinner weren't so limited and it wasn't such a fight to try to get a cabanna on the beach.

    NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

The hotel is very run down. no towel or drink service for days. cockroaches in halls, telephone buttons stick - no calls out. elevator broken for days. hallway smelled like a sewer. no ice in machines in halls. employees entered room with do not disturb sign out. only thing good is employees except for Veronica and Sandra. Great Service from Francisco, Roddy, Micheal, Angela, Nathaly, Jameer, Keanu, Ceasar, Eric, Armondo, Erwin, Maricar, Maria, Dorris, Raymondo
