Decor, food, and dining options here are disappointing to say the least. Gigantic scale of the place wouldn't be so bad if more attention was given to adding touches to the decor to warm it up. Dining options are severely lacking, and flavor & recipe quality of food is severely lacking. The only bright spot here is the beautiful beach!

Beautiful beach and pool
The beach here is amazing. The swimming pool and swim up bars are great. The buffet food quality was quite poor.

La Dolce Vita was excellent, especially with Gilberto Lozano and Yaneth Garcia who took great care of us during our meal! The carpaccios are fresh and the pizzas are crispy. The decor really makes you feel like you’re entering a high end restaurant. Thank you!

My second visit
Second time at this resort for a music festival. I do love this place, it's clean, the food is plentiful, the service is attentive and fun. They're always responsive to any questions, concerns and praise. I feel safe and relaxed here.

crystian and gildardo are awesome
Absolutely amazing!!! Crystian and Gildardo were soooo sweet and efficient and awesome, we had a great time and the courses are awesome and huge, come hungry, leave full af. the espresso martinis are great…… the soup is a great cleanser in between
