Great food options at buffet and fancy restaurants. Service fantastic by all staff at restaurants, buffet, pools, transports, front desk, lobby. Entertainment could use improvement.

The staff was not friendly a d needs more training. the food in the buffet was mediocre. I was in the premium level, I asked for an extra hour o check out as I had a late and long flight they only gave me half an hour. The manger I spoke to was not that nice either. The rooms, the beach and the pools are very nice. I asked Réception about the electrical voltage no one had the answer then they gave me the wrong info. I had to google the answer.

Dec 21, 2024Incident could’ve been avoided if they had done something the first day!
we told someone the first day our refrigerator wasn’t working, then called front desk to tell them 2nd day, again told them 3rd & 4th day. Nothing was done until we came back on the 5th night to a room filled with amônia gas from the refrigerator leaking. Then, late at night they moved us to a new room. Not even complaining that we had warm drinks the first 5 days. This could’ve have been very bad healthwise if it happened while we were sleeping. It could’ve been avoided if they had just come fixed or exchanged the refrigerator the first day. No compensation, no upgrade or checking on us after the incident at all!

Incredible Experience
Could not imagine anything better! I was totally pampered, and treated with respect and kindness. The staff and facilities were beyond expectations. The setting was gorgeous!! And I would certainly make a point of coming back :)

La Dolce Vita must choose
La Dolce Vita restaurant is amazing! It is the best restaurant here, you should totally try! Gilberto Lozano and Yaneth Garcia are amazing and Yaneth is so sweet and helpful she is my favorite here. It is a must try Italian Restaurant. I chose the Lasagna
