Came to Mexico with a group of my friends for a grad trip and so far have been by the pool and beach! Tonight we made reservations at the steakhouse and had amazing food and service by Jacobo, very responsive and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!!

Dinner was great!
Guillermo at the concierge is the absolute best. If you need help with anything look him up. He’s extremely helpful and very professional. Treated us like we were the only ones at the resort. Took the time to answer all questions and help make our trip the best.

My husband and I were there for 1 night due to delayed flight and arrived at for the resort at 4 am. The reception area looks like an office with a pulsing loud music and a smelly outdated washroom. The lobby didn’t have any water or any soft drinks. We got our room, 4210, close to the beach and went to bed. Showered and headed back to the reception. There was water dripping on the hallway from the above rooms. There is swamp before the pool and the beach, hence lots of mosquitoes. Heard some stories from people spending the week there, but I will let them tell them. My experience was never t good and I would not go there again.

so much fun!
The Sport and Entertainment staff were amazing and so much fun! A special shoutout to Kelsey, Lalo, Silver, Pamela, Sara and Jared. They were all friendly, full of energy, and encouraging in the games and activities! Participate in as many games as possible, they are always so much fun.

This resort is nowhere near a true 5 star standard. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the reality didn’t match the advertised experience. The beach, which was supposed to be a highlight, was anything but dirty, with black water that was completely unsuitable for swimming. Our “sea view” room was outdated and had a strong mold smell, making it uncomfortable to stay in. Food quality was a major disappointment. While there was plenty of it, the focus was clearly on quantity rather than quality. To make matters worse, the staff were unprofessional, often arguing among themselves and unwilling to assist with anything. If you’re looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, this is not the place. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
