Blue Bay has been our getaway for three years now. As we have been spoiled by the employees of this hotel. Alfredo when he’s doing entertainment is nothing short of AMAZING! He interacts with the guests always with a smile and his infectious personality! Afredo has brought so much energy to the entertainment and his humour always makes us laugh! We’ve had no doubt that Alfredo is great and always a pleasure to be around. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to the guests of this hotel!

Had an amazing time bartenders and entertainment staff are amazing. The food was good. Need more chairs and umbrellas around the pools and the resort is showing its age but still a very nice place to come to. Can't wait too plan my next trip here!

Truly very disappointed , they have nothing hear , coffee cost extra , anything’s cost extra, food is there but it’s like being in Cuba not the Dominican , not sure how they got 4.5 as n arrange , Hotel was clean , Rooms where ok more then that it’s like or worse then Cuba , I he been in the Dominican few times , this one I would have left to go home the first day , I waited 3 days before this review just to verify it’s not me , yup it’s not me , few people I spoken too sis the same , be aware you been worned

2nd time here
Although dated rooms, food is decent, entertainment staff are amazing, and very helpful! The shows are good! The pool is nice, beach is clean. They need more umbrellas, and lounger chairs. The bartenders are on point with the drinks. Would come back!

Awesome resort
The resort was great, rooms were clean, food was excellent, beach was good but ocean wasn’t real clear, the pool was clean and quiet and the entertainment was awesome!! We definitely will be back!! The hotel staff were all amazing and drinks were great too especially the Blue Bay Banana Special 😊
