    You need to visit this all inclusive!

    My husband and I went to the resort for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! The place was very clean and there was always coming going on at the pool. We even were able to book excursions at the hotel which was super easy and reassuring that everything was being taken care of. The personal assistant you got was also great, knowing we had someone to answer all our questions or give us recommendations was great. We were able to message them directly and get answers! Would highly recommend!

    Leave’s you breathless

    Everyone at this resort was very friendly. Ambiorix took great care of us while at the party pool and while in our swim out pool. Char at the wink lobby bar was also great in the evening. The room’s, beach and resort were kept really clean. The food at the buffet (spoon)and restaurants were all delicious. Candy and entertainment team were so upbeat and fun.everyone at this resort works hard to make it an enjoyable stay. I had a lot of fun during my 7 day here. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back one day.

    Excellent service and restaurants on site. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Every evening shows had been organized with special themes, e.g circus, retro, dominican night. The staff was very friendly and professional. A special thanks to Emilio who made our vacation perfect.

    Beach vacations in paradise!

    Excellent hotel for vacations with friends, family, couple. Delicious food and very good quality drinks. Staff is very professional, extremely kind and helpful... entertainment is fantastic. Rooms are very confortable. Beach is beautiful! Many options for dinner with high standards.

    Insects in the Bed

    I stayed at the Breathless Punta Cana resort and much to my dismay when I pulled the covers back to get into my bed in the room, I noticed small bugs moving about. The bugs appear to be bed bugs. This was my first night at the resort. I took pictures and video which I have attached. I immediately notified the resort staff and was met with terrible customer service. They sent staff to inspect the bed. I provided the video evidence to the staff member. Instead of offering to relocate me to another room they said they would change the linen. I had to insist upon getting a new room. The staff never apologized to me for this horrible experience. The night manager seemed annoyed by my request. Due to my persistence I was moved to a different room. When I arrived at the new room I inspected the bed and sheets. I then requested new linen as a precaution given the condition of my previous bed. I had to speak with the night manager to get this request accommodated. When the staff member brought the new linen he did not bring a fitted sheet/mattress cover. I requested the item from the staff member on scene but due to the language barrier he appeared to not understand my request. I then spoke to the night manager who once again was annoyed by my request. He actually told me he didn’t care about my request. I was in disbelief and responded by saying, “Excuse me, can you repeat what you just said.” Imagine my surprise to hear those words and to be treated in such a manner. I didn’t deserve to be treated in such a callous manner. Given there were bugs in my bed, my minor requests should have been offered and accommodated without delay or a negative attitude. The night manager later told me that there weren’t any fitted sheets/mattress covers available which I find hard to believe. Furthermore when I inspected the new comforter in my new room, there was a stain on it. I then requested a new one from the staff member. Instead of being treated with the dignity and respect that I deserve, I was treated as a nuisance because I wanted a new comforter that was not stained and to sleep in a bed free of bugs. I took numerous pictures which I have attached. As a result of this experience my stay was ruined. I am concerned that I have been exposed to bed bugs and my luggage and all its contents may be contaminated with bed bugs too. I have stayed at numerous Hyatt properties and I cannot believe that I have been treated in such a despicable manner. I traveled to Punta Cana to attend a wedding, vacation and relax. Instead, I found myself in an uncomfortable and stressful situation. As of yet the resort nor Hyatt offered a proper response to this matter. I do not have confidence that this issue will be resolved properly.
