  Exceeded expecations would definitely recommend.

  I could easily max out the characters for this review, but to save you reading time. - IT WAS FANTASTIC. Anyone below complaining about things like smell, food sickness or state of the hotel has some wild expectations. Everything exceeded expectations and would 10/10 recommend and return here. I do believe your experience will vary depending on your standards and perhaps expectations, but consider where you are going, and for WHAT you are going for.. beds were comfy, shower was EPIC, food was delicious and entertainment was actually good! My only criticism would be the beach & ocean quality - but that's more mother nature than the hotel's fault. Its not a natural beach and the coast itself doesn't have miles of beaches on it. But there is sand, sun, drinks and water.. If a great beach with rolling waves is in your requirements this will certainly not meet it. BUUUUT the pool and vibe in the resort makes up for it for sure. Great resort for young or fun couples or single people wanting a lively space. Older couples looking to chill should definitely book the Secrets side (you still get access though).

  A perfect group vacation spot!

  We chose this resort for a group of 12 celebrating several 40th birthdays. We had a mix of couples and singles. I would 100% recommend this resort! We tried all the restaurants, bars and pools and found each one to be wonderful. Great service and food, tasty drinks! Great value! The beach wasn't the best we've been to for swimming, but we still enjoyed the covered beach chairs and time at the beach being served our drinks and food. the pizza was fantastic for lunch! The rooms were quite nice, good linens, beautiful layout, etc. We enjoyed yoga on the beach every morning followed by aqua spin and beach walks (be warned, there is a nude beach next to the resort, but that didn't bother us, it was still a nice long walk down the beach to see other resorts. We would absolutely return!

  Week long fun in paradise

  Awesome resort with likely the best food at an all inclusive that we've ever had. Beach isn't as good as some but there was so much to do that didn't matter. Definitely would recommend it to anyone wanting a FUN vacation. Passionfruit margaritas and the Silk City restaurant were definitely two highlights. Tacos too...

  Breathless is a breath of fresh air

  My husband and I just enjoyed a wonderful perfect week vacation.January 12-19. This was our 6th stay at this property .. although we stayed on the Secrets part of this property for quiet nights for sleeping, most of our time was spent on the Breathless part of the property so we wanted to include a review for breathless and they fine employees. If you book your room with secrets, you have access to breathless but breathless guests do not have access to secrets amenities. Both resorts are amazingly clean and grounds beautifully maintained. Our beautiful swim out master suite was spacious and always clean and well stocked with waters, sodas, beer, Pringle’s and peanut m and m’s… although we didn’t really use the snacks because food and snacks are everywhere, the nook cafe, beach grills or simply having the great pool server like Edwin being your lunch to you pool chair to enjoy. All of our meals were delicious and served quickly with the most personable servers/staff. The longest wait we had to get a table at dinner was 30 minutes but there are many bars to grab a drink and enjoy the music while you wait We Loved the mix or music at the energy pool. The entertainment team offered Many activities to participate in if you wanted to. Or you could just sit at the pool and enjoy watching their games. We recommend tipping your servers if you can. These folks are working hard for you and really make you feel special, like a VIP. Every employee we passed by or came in contact ( even the groundskeepers) with offered a smiling face and/or “hello how are you? “. Everyone was constantly checking to ensure we were having a good time with issues. We had no issues. There are numerous employees who helped us throughout our stay giving us a perfect relaxing vacation and we can’t recall everyone by name but Our favorite employee was Edwin, a server who was with us almost every day of our stay at the energy pool. He kept our drinks flowing, remembered what we were drinking , kept us hydrated with waters and well fed with lunches. We also loved his partner Rogelio at the energy pool who provided us with anything we needed without even asking. These guys are great!! Other memorable employees we want to thank for making this magnificent vacation; Rosalinda at nook cafe with her beautiful smile who served our coffees, sandwiches and pastries Diego and his team at silk city who served us very good sushi rolls and entrees Mauricio and his team at coquette French restaurant.. the spinach quiche, French onion soup and fish entree were amazing! David and his team at strip grill gave us great service and food. Sheila - one of the lovely ladies who I saw cleaning the public bathroom keeping it immaculate Gerardo the bar was funny!! Alfredo and his team at Spumante Italian also made us to feel special Priscilla- hostess at Spumante Italian Oscar at Preferred club Check out We recommend packing your swim suits somewhere easily accessible in case your room is not ready when you arrive. You can enjoy the pool or beach and all amenities of the resort prior to checking into your room. The resort has a nice changing room for those of us that arrive early in The day. The bell men were so helpful and were sorry we cannot recall their names The pillows and mattresses in our room wre very comfortable . Our housekeeper kept our room clean linens cleaned , always stocked with toiletries, etc. Thank you secrets and breathless staff for giving us another perfect vacation on your property

  Fantastic Time in Mexico!

  Three years ago our group of 10 visited this Breathless location for my wife's 50th birthday and we had a fantastic time. I wanted to take the family, four of us including our two adult children for a week vacation before they headed back to college. I was so happy I decided to pick this resort again! Three things I was looking for: good food, comfortable clean rooms, fun atmosphere for us during the day and night. There are two pools that you can choose from which I liked because one has a fun vibe and the other is more of party vibe which is great too. The people who work at Breathless are who make this resort what it is and I want to recognize Sergio and Erich on the entertainment team. Sergio in particular is a great guy, he did all he could to make sure we knew the events that were happening and he encouraged us to participate which my son did every time! I also want to recognize Edwin in the pool bar area who went out of his way to make sure we always had our drinks. Two others I would like to recognize are Jorge and Aladino in the French restaurant which ended up being our favorite probably because of their attentive service. If you are looking to relax you can, if you want to play some beach or pool volleyball there is plenty of that. It's up to you to decide what you want because it's all there for you.
