We had excellent service and staff very attentive. We will definitely go back again. It was a great place to celebrate our sons 21st birthday and have a great time. Our poolside drink staff was amazing, especially Samuel, Robert, Juan Carlos and Manuel

Wonderful week!
Lovely rooms: lots of counter space both in the bathroom and main room. Great A/C; super comfortable for sleeping. Enjoyed the daily morning yoga at the beach pergola. Variety of food options. Our favorite was the beef medallions at the French restaurant and ribs at The Strip grill. Shout out for our favorite servers: Jordon at Spumante, Manuel and Angela at the Spoon. Enjoyed the Queen tribute show… talented musicians.

Manuel very attentive at the buffet. A+ server. Beach was very disappointing. I give it a 1 out of 10. Very rocky. And not swim worthy at all. Facilities are nice but somewhat worn down. Food was maybe a 5 out of 10. Overall I have stayed at better.

Pedro is the best for water cycling and aerobics. He took the time to talk to us at the end of our trip. Angel was a very nice waiter at the Xhale Preferred breakfast and Strip Grill lunch and dinner. He was always teaching us Spanish which we liked. Beach volleyball was fun every day. There is plenty of dancing at night if your up for it. The night shows were generally good, including the cabaret show.

Don’t let the beach stop you from booking!
This resort is a great time! The beach is the only thing that lacks, but the amazing pools make up for it. I am a beach girl, but that hasn’t stopped me from booking here twice! Rooms, service, food, pools, and entertainment are all great! If you need a good beach day, book the catamaran to Isla Mujeres for the day.
