Red flag that you cannot see more than 10 reviews on their website. I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel back in August. The remodel of this historic hotel was done on the cheap, and as a result, the rooms are poorly designed with no storage or hanging towels near the sink and a sink faucet that did not properly line up to the sink (so they just installed the faucet too far away from the sink so that it just spilled all over the counter and was difficult to use). The room door had holes in it where they removed safety locks, just very sloppy overall. Not the friendliest pool staff, and not a lot of chairs around the hotel or outdoor common space. We were also completely gaslit by Cadillac staff after our stay when they told me that my 70+ yo mother's experience in another room on the same floor was inaccurate. During our trip, my mother reported to us that she was awoken by a fire alarm in the middle of the night and that it went off for several hours leaving her and her husband unable to sleep. The hotel insisted essentially that it was just a few minutes and then they determined that it was a false alarm, and no harm no foul. Horrible customer service when I called to complain about my mother's experience. I would never go back there, and highly recommend the W South Beach instead.

Nov 18, 2024My first time in miami and i loved everything about it especially the hotel everything about it was on point no complain
This was my first time in miami and it was really a unique experience. The cadillac hotel made me feel like i was at home it was very welcoming. i also loved the l the fact that i can order food from the pool. The food was exquisite no complaints. the pool service was 10/10 Mr.Raydel Vargas made sure i had fresh towels and he was also very polite and appreciative. Will definitely remember this moment for the rest of my life. Thank you Cadillac hotel

My stay here was amazing, it was like non other. i will be recommending this hotel to all my friends back in Houston.
I was very happy with the experience i had at the cadillac hotel! Everything in the hotel was amazing. i loved the way the lobby smelled. The pool boys were also amazing In particular a young man named raydel vargas he made sure i always had fresh towels and also brought me sun block which i thought was very nice. Overall 10/10 i will definitely be coming back!

great service
The hotel was beautiful as well as the service. my pool attendant Valentin Garbino made sure i was comfortable and was at my services whenever needed. love this hotel.this was a great experience for me and my friends. will definitely be coming back.

Most disappointed in my stay. First of all, they put us in a room right next to the elevator shaft, like a huge rumble of thunder every minute. They did accommodate a move in room, but this time it was right above the extractor/aircon machines below…. I didn’t have it in me to go through another room change. But really overshadowed our stay. All the staff we encountered were pleasant & helpful. The pool bar was closed for the whole duration of our stay (3 nights) due to maintenance, but didn’t see any maintenance undertaken. Despite not using any services, they applied a £90 charge to our room….. no idea why! And trying to contact anyone to investigate is a nightmare. Keep on getting ‘our servers are being stubborn’ try again later. Most frustrating experience
