    Cadillac service!

    Great place!!! Pools are fantastic. Service was exceptional. Kirby at the adults only pool was so friendly and accommodating. The front desk upgraded our room to a fantastic view. Food and drinks are tasty. This is our second time here and definitely be back a third.

    Stay ay Cadillac Hotel

    I recently stayed at Cadillac Hotel and had a wonderful experience, especially enjoying the fantastic pool and private beach. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. Thanks Aaliyah! The hotel itself was excellent, with clean, well-appointed rooms and friendly, attentive staff. The location was convenient. I highly recommend it for its outstanding amenities, especially the beautiful pool. I look forward to returning soon!

    Hotel is beautiful and the location is just perfect. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Abby and Aaliyah were really friendly and super attentive. Bit of a hassle that they dont accept Apple Pay or tap, but otherwise a great experience

    Celebrated our Anniversary at the Cadillac

    Our first trip to Miami for our anniversary and loved our stay at The Cadillac Hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive at the pool, beach and restaurant. If you eat at the pool bar I enjoyed the burger. The team at the beach will find you a great spot with chairs and an umbrella. They do collect chairs/umbrella at 5:30 (not that this was a bother but to be aware). A few quibbles. Two elevators and one was down which made it slow going up and down. And a minor disagreement at check in where they had us booking two rooms using points vs one which took a call to Marriott Customer Service to sort out but which the hotel did promptly remedy. Overall a great experience and would recommend the hotel to anyone that wants to be close to but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of South Beach.

    Wife’s Birthday Getaway and Baecation

    The reason I gave a five star review was because of the following people Miguel Bellman, Luz, Mica, and Desiree at Donna Marie Restaurant and Manager Rafaella, and Roberto and his Valet Staff, and Crystal at the Front Desk. They made our stay.
