I had an incredible massage experience! The therapist Lidia was professional and skilled, focusing on all the right areas. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend Lidia! Great way to start your long travel day!

Amazing night in Cancun
The best service and food! From Jonathan at check in to Yohandra in the restaurant - everyone treated us so well! I will be back just for this hotel!!! Our room was well stocked, artfully decorated and the hotel itself is an oasis in a sea of over abundance.

First Time in Cancun
For my first time visiting Cancun, I was not disappointed in any area. From the front desk, staff, food, drinks, shopping, entertainment, etc. everything is as great! I would definitely recommend the Canopy by Hilton to anyone. Karla, Jonathan and Giovanni went above and beyond in their respective roles. I will definitely come back again in the future and stay here. Even though I traveled with family, I feel this is a safe place for a solo trip.

Jan 18, 2025Extremely Disappointing Experience at This Hotel
My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. First, the outlets in my room didn’t work, and I had to request maintenance three times without any resolution. After returning from dinner at 1 am, I found that the issue still wasn’t fixed. Only after a fourth visit to the reception did they finally move me to a different room. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I brought a friend to the rooftop bar, and we ordered cocktails. A lady, who I assume was the manager, rudely asked us to leave and go to the lobby. We were informed there that guests are not allowed in the hotel unless they pay a non-refundable 200 pesos fee to even sit at the bar. It’s ridiculous to demand a fee just to spend money in your establishment! When I declined and said we’d leave, the bar manager tried to charge us for three cocktails we never even saw or drank. As a Diamond Hilton member, I expect a much higher standard of service. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I will never stay at this hotel again.

10/10 Massage 🔥🔥
My stay and more importantly my massage was a 10/10 !!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 I’ve had many massages before but this therapist must have been reading my mind! Every time I’m in Cancun, I will be back just for this massage. The food here was also amazing from breakfast to dinner.
