Our recent trip to Cancun involved three hotel stays. Two were all inclusive and the last was the Hilton Canopy. It was the perfect ending to our trip. The room was comfortable with very attentive housekeeping. The location was great for flexibility in using the bus to travel around Cancun. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The offerings at the breakfast buffet were varied and delicious. I highly recommend the Hilton Canopy.

Your staff rocks!
I don't think there are words enough to say how awesome your staff is! They are so polite and absolutely helpful, and amazing. I wanted to highlight certain people… Ivan, Adrian, Jonathan , Pedro… From the front desk and the bellboys. Yohandra was amazing at the downstairs bar and Conchito was the most professional and kind and humble helper when my toilet got clogged. And your housekeeping crew is perfection! They are so kind and courteous and everyone is so unbelievably helpful. I highly recommend you honor them for their amazing service because they make you look so good! Please give them all raises! Great food and amazing staff
Amazing food and hotel staff are extremely helpful and nice. Yohandra was amazing and helpful. Highly recommend the tortilla soup, a must try. We tried the steak taco and main restaurant and roof to bar and both were amazing. We will definitely stay at Canopy again.

Great massage while staying at the hotel
One of the best hot stone massages I ever had. There were several types of massage options to choose from, with the same price. I went with hot stone massage. Lidia was very professional, and her massage pressure was just the right amount. She also frequently checked if I am doing okay. Strongly recommended!

Nov 17, 2024Nice hotel, only issue… it is one of the only hotels not connected to the beach
This is a modern hotel with very comfortable rooms and modern bathrooms. The roof top bar and pool area is a great place to hang out and there are amble sun beds available. The gym was basic but had enough equipment to get a workout going although there were many broken pieces of equipment- especially the buttons on the treadmills. Breakfast was nice and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, this hotel isn’t connected to a beach and it’s a bit of a walk to the public beach entrance.
