We spent 2 weeks across Christmas 2024 at this hotel and were over the moon with the service and facilities. The staff, especially Cristian and Morales in the Buffet restaurant, really looked after us during our stay - super attentive and friendly!

Our staying was perfect most of The staff were very atencious and kind, specially if you tip them, The only thing we didnt like about our stay was That we got tricked by someone from their staff in our first day,by a men from The staff that was staying in front of The Food market in The morning we asked him where i could buy some swim shorts and he said he was going to call someone that was going to drive us for free to a shopping where we could buy what we needed for a cheap price, but The thing that they called a shopping was a souvenir store where we got Charged 84€ for two shorts of super bad quality. That was The only negative thing about our stay in this hotel.

This resort is very well laid out you can easily walk it or take the electric tram train , we walked and it was about 5 minutes from room to lobby . The resort grounds are gorgeous very well maintained and well lit at night . The room we had was in good repair no complaints , A/C was a little tricky the only complaint is the smell in the room when you come back after a short time out of room it has a wicked sewage smell ! Beach is a 10 for sure water is clear and warm and sand soft and clean , I would rate it as good or better than Cuba . Food is typical AI fare worst food is sports bar we went twice the food is ice cold and the staff was awful ,I asked about my club sandwich which was missing 1/2 of the ingredients and the waiter came over and told me to open my sandwich and pointed at it there’s your chicken and tomatoe and lettuce , I must be blind there was none of that and the rest of the meal was ice cold , we went twice and each time same thing . Worse there was a man next to us with a young daughter and the waiter made an obscene gesture behind their back directed at the young woman , unsettling for sure . The rest of the food ranged from pretty good to raw hamburgers at the beach resteraunt . The buffet is not bad you won’t starve , but it’s a buffet no real expectations here ,the Japanese was good both times we went , the Italian was great one night and so so the next , the Tex mex was awful food could not eat it nachos was chips and cheese whiz? We did not get the vip package can’t comment on it other than to say it’s very pricey and judging by the vip area of beach beds and the vip beach resteraunt not many people use it . Staff was pretty good some were over and above and went out of their way to please about 30 % we’re indifferent and pretty grumpy if I’m being honest , can’t be happy every day but when you are out right ignored or in the case of the waiter at the sports bar the attitude is not what you would expect on vacation . Overall it’s a typical AI vacation some good points some not so good bottom line is we would return because of the beach we walked the entire beach and a lot of resorts have very small beaches while this place has a big sprawling area . Aiport was a complete gong show both arriving and departure bracelet yourself for long lines and chaos . Weather, it rained everyday mostly just a passing shower , it’s a warm rain that did not last ,then there’s the caribe Deluxe Princess the torrential down pours that happened two or three times , nice warm breeze 24 hours a day and hot when suns out , and hot when suns not out .

This is the worse hotel I have ever been to. The stuff doesn’t care about your needs. They do not even clean your room properly. The food is very bad, they don’t even mark which food is which and what does it include. They don’t even put enough towels for guests. Very bad experience. Not going to return back to this hotel.

the BEST resort in Punta Cana 🔐❤️
the BEST place to stay at Punta Cana! my best friend and i stayed here for 5 nights this past november and it was the best experience we’ve ever had! ✨ here’s a list of key things that we loved: - the WONDERFUL staff ❤️ - the views & the amenities 🏝️ - the food! 🥘 - the animals roaming around the resort let’s get into it 1. the staff has GOT to be the most wonderful people i’ve ever met 🥹 everyone is so sweet, caring and hospitable! they’re always down to chat and help out. i got to talk with them in spanish as well and they’re so sweet & caring even if your spanish is a lil bad (like mine hahah). please bring extra cash to tip them—trust me you’ll especially want to with how awesome they are! here’s a list of staff members that we especially loved and hope they get extra love from you guys!! - estefania from reception - paola from the tao - yordanny from the tao - manuel from the food market - esteban for archery - keila from the food market 2. the views and amenities are to die for!! 3 big pools, a walk away from the private beach and a beautiful bar & lounge nearby!! wow!! we also went by many times at night & sunrise to look at the beautiful views!! loved it 3. now many people complain about the food but honestly we loved it! maybe people have too high of a standard (idk) but we enjoyed it! if y’all want amazing ass food then idk go to a overpriced resort but we thought the food was very worth it and we loved it!! 4. the animals roaming around have got to be so cool and unique! i love that this resort cares about being respectful to nature!! all in all, caribe deluxe princess you have our heart! thank you so much :))
