    Amazing Mexican Dinner!!!

    Dinner at the Mexican Restaurant, Alebrijes, at the Catalonia Yucatan resort was phenomenal. The food was delicious and authentic Mexican food and service provided by Mauricio was impeccable. Our family had an amazing time 😉

    2 tier hotel

    Quite a nice hotel with good entertainment but you have to upgrade to get the best from the hotel ! you are not told this when you book so you cant go to some restaurants ! and even in some you cant order some of the dishes !!! Its a real 2 tier system and it gets very busy with loud Americans in the holidays. but overall ok

    CAN'T WAIT TO GET BACK

    We just returned from another 2 week stay at the Catalonia, our 21st, and we were taken care of from the moment we stepped out of the transfer until we departed. It was so great to see so many of our old friends and meet the new members of Yolanda’s incredible team. We received good food, refreshing drinks and amazing service. What more can you ask for on a vacation? We had missed coming for a couple of years during some family health issues but the grounds looked amazing as usual and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. We have always said that it’s the people here that really make our trips so special. Can’t wait to get back here next year… or maybe sooner.

    Great experience! Wonderful couples vacation

    My husband and I just got back from our vacation at Catalonia Yucatan Beach and we had an excellent experience. All the service staff is friendly and kind and very helpful. The drinks are good! The only downside is that the beach is rocky. But it’s still beautiful and there are spots where you can get around the rocks and go out in the water. We had great service at all the bars. And the entertainment was good too. The food was average. Overall we had a great experience and would totally go back.

    Avoid at all costs - NOT 4 stars

    We booked our family of 9 trip in this all inclusive via Air Transat where it was advertised as 4 stars. We stayed there for 5 days. Although we all bought our package online at the exact same moment, we all got different price for the same thing (overbidding!). Let me tell you: way far from 4 stars. The rooms are outdated, there’s rust and mold on the doors, no tissues in the tissue dispenser, etc. Front end staff very rude. The beach is nearly non-existent. Very rocky. Very disappointing. Not what we were promised and what we paid for. It’s not more than a 2 1/2 stars, hands down. Avoid at all costs.
