We have been home one week and we already miss the resort. Let me start by saying that when we got home from a bad experience in Huatulco last April we immediately booked a week at the Catalonia Royal Tulum. We had never been here but people that we knew swore by the resort. I decided to book the Privilege deluxe Romance suite because we were going to celebrate 35 years of marriage. I don't remember mentioning this to the resort but they certainly did. Upon arrival the check in was fast and efficient and the staff were exceptional. We arrived at our room to find a ribbon across the door wishing us a Happy Anniversary and inside was Champagne, a fruit basket and chocolates. Everything about this resort was top notch. The grounds are immaculate and the beach is the best on the Mayan Riveria. The restaurants that we visited were fantastic but having the BLOVED was worth every penny. Because of our room status we had a dinner on the beach and a couples massage. I want to mention that Alejandro and Jesus went above and beyond making our special dinner a highlight of the week, Gracias to both of you. There are so many staff that made our week one to remember but a massive shout out to Jonathan and Aurelio at the pool bar who made every day fun with their smiles and secret drink mixes. Thanks Guys I would also like to thank Isabel at the lobby bar for making our evenings memorable, Anyone who is thinking about going, stop thinking and book this resort. I promise that you won't regret the decision. We are planning a return visit next year and we are bringing friends with us this time. Thank you all at CRT.

CRT for Life
We honestly can’t recommend this place enough! We've been here 17 times now, and every trip just gets better. The resort is right on the most beautiful beach, and the food options are amazing—you really can’t go wrong with anything. Our personal favorite spot to eat was BLoved. Our room was awesome, always stocked with plenty of towels, drinks, and snacks. But what really makes this place special is the staff. The entertainment team especially went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time possible. They really treat you like family, and we loved getting to know everyone—from the concierge to the bartenders, servers, and of course, the entertainment crew. There’s always something fun happening every day, with unique activities that make the whole experience so much more enjoyable. Huge shoutout to Charlie, Diego, Tita, Paulina, and Abraham—they were all fantastic and made our stay unforgettable. The entertainment staff really brings so much energy and fun to the resort every single day. Wonderful resort!
Beautiful resort, great food! Love all the activities. The Pilates was especially refreshing on vacation! Great and super friendly staff! We can for a wedding and they made the ceremony beautiful! Aurelio, Pau and Charlie are my favourite staff there!

Best bartender at Catalonia Tulum
Jonathan B at the pool bar was the best. Always happy and smiling. Remembered our drinks and made them special. Would come looking for us if it had been too long between drinks. Beloved restaurant is worth the price. Breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the beach. Sombrero Shots are a must have.

The Best Vacation Ever.
I could not recommend this place more. I have been to this resort on 3 separate occasions, and my experience is even better every single time. This resort is located on the most beautiful beach, with a phenomenal pool & bar. The resorts offers a wide variety of food choices, all of which you can't go wrong with. My favorite place to eat was Beloved. My room was amazing, always stocked with towels, drinks, and snacks, But at the end of the day, it is the staff that truly make your experience here. As an ETC member, I had a great experience with staff such as Alejandro and Karla, they truly made it their mission for me to enjoy my stay. They treat you as family; I loved getting to know members of concierge, bartenders, servers, and especially loved the entertainment staff. There are different activities held every single day by the entertainment staff that are so unique and truly make your time extremely fun. I loved beach volleyball, every event held at night by the pool, pool games/trivia, and so much more. My favorite staff member had to be Abraham; he has amazing energy, is so friendly and fun, and you can tell he truly loves what he does. I also have to give a shoutout to the others who made my time amazing such as Charlie, Diego, Tita, and Gonzalo. The entertainment staff truly provide such a fun aspect to this resort and uplift everyones energy every single day. I am already looking into when I can come back, as my time was truly amazing and I will remember it for the rest of my life.
