It’s an ok experience
It’s ok experience, front desk staff was ok , the young man at the front was very friendly and helpful with guests. So far , it’s not the a great hotel to me but it’s ok to stay for vacation. The room service needed to be a bit more cleaner since they were kinda lazy to give water inside each room everyday for guests

Good location and less expensive than most
Pros- great location, next to beach, nice views. Staff good, rooms clean. Cons- could be updated a lot. Would be nice to- 1. Offer a free complimentary breakfast, not near any breakfast place, the paid option here costs a ton. 2. Have a shuttle from the airport for guests.

Worn down and dirty
Photos can’t possibly be real as the hotel is extremely worn down (rugs, walls, etc) dirty (sheets and bathroom) and old. Agree with others that the staff is friendly and helpful. And aircon in room worked well. Would not recommend staying here.

Horrible Hotel But Staff Was Great!
Huge bugs in our room#632!!!!! We are concerned these bugs are now in our clothes we have in closet & drawers! As well as our suitcases in closet! And our shoes & bags on floors. We are afraid of what bugs we are taking back to our homes! This is unsanitary, disgusting & frightening! Bed linen was dirty on 1st day we stayed & we had to request change of bed linens. Tv remote in room did not work half the time! This has been the WORST hotel I have ever stayed!! The only reason I gave this 2-stars was because the staff were great! Thank you to each of you for helping our stay be better than what the hotel was! Front desk team always went over & above: Steven, Destiny, Justin, & Crystal were amazing! The Cafe team were also awesome: Clayton & Brittney! The security guards were so very nice & caring & made us feel safe. The BEST staff & team member was our housekeeper who cleaned our room for the 9 days we were there: Josieannie you were amazing & we so appreciated ALL YOUR HARD WORK TO MAKE OUR ROOM CLEAN EVERYDAY! Additionally Josieannie was kind, nice & very welcoming!

Visited Nassau for business but found another hotel option
Had to book this hotel because my first choice wasn’t available. Clyde and his staff at the Marriott Courtyard were so helpful, whether it was hailing a cab or trying to find my luggage, which Delta airlines lost! The rooms are tidied up daily, the adult pool was close enough to Junkanoo Beach to get the vibe but not be overwhelmed and the hotel is within walking distance of Arawak Cay and downtown Nassau. A couple notes: bring cash for the cabs, and prepare to wait for a bit if you get to the hotel early upon arriving. The front desk will hold your bags until the room is ready. Also — get the French toast for breakfast and a Bahama Mama from the bar for lunch!
- AdvisoryPrices are based on single or double occupancy. You will incur additional charges at the time of check-in for additional room occupants. The Front Desk will verify the age of the guest to determine whether the extra fee would apply.
