Sensors was a nice resort very tucked back in Puerto Morelos. While it is not the newest place, the staff made up for it tenfold. Ximena and Jony were our butlers and they took care of every need. They were truly exceptional since the moment we arrived!

This Resort is better than it's rated!
We spent 8 nights at Sensira resort in Nov. 2024 and really enjoyed it! The highlight is definitely the staff (front desk, bellhop Tony, beach staff, entertainment staff Brian and David, waiters Henry, Julio and Eliasar, and Sandra in fitness). They are a happy and dedicated group of people who work hard to make your stay enjoyable. The resort is beautiful with lots to do throughout the day and evening; the 9 pm nightly shows were of higher quality than we were expecting! Beds are comfortable, rooms are huge, shower pressure is decent and food was outstanding - this is more of a 4.5 star resort than the 4 star shown on some sites. We loved that there is jungle to the north and east of the resort - lots of natural beauty around. The downside is mosquitoes at night so we mostly ate indoors at the restaurants. The resort beach is smallish and had a line of seagrass but there is a long beach to the north for walking. The waves are small as there is a barrier reef so great for small children. The 4 pools were great, with lots to do for the kids in the pool and in the various clubs. There is a marine preserve offshore so be sure to go snorkeling - it's amazing - we went with monkeytours for 50 a person. We don't drink and this is not a drinker's resort but all the bottles we saw were premium brands. Pro tip: If you're noise sensitive, ask for a room facing the outside of the resort as the music is quite loud at the pool area during the day so afternoon naps are not possible if your room faces the pools. All rooms have ocean views, which is a big plus.

Great Family Experience
I had a great expirience with my family staying at Sensira , awesome and friendly staff and amenities. All restaurants were well accommodating and great choice for food and desserts . My son love the zip line in the resort !! Special thanks to Jose luis from the pool bar, Ivan from rodeo grill and Felipe from the mexican restaurant. Clean property.

Nov 17, 2024One hotel that we are not going back to.
The experience was bad from the start. Check in was a mess with Marcos being rude and not knowing what he was doing. Why send an email that you can check in with your phone if thats not true? Buffet options are very very limited (for both breakfast and lunch) and if you dont have breakfast before 9:30am you might not get anything. Luis the pool waiter was very good fast and friendly. Room was beautiful but get ready to have wifi problems as it takes hours to connect with an old system. Nightclub opens 10 to 11pm... must be a joke or hotel is really understaffed. The room we got was roof view not the ocean view the reservation page said. We had to wait for 6 hours for a room change.

Moma son Vacation.Safe, Good food, Clean
Nov9,2024 My son 9 and I arrived at the resort by ACVacation shuttle.our lauggeges are taken to the storage as ee arrived early but still did our check in fast ans smooth and went to the buffet for lunch.at 3 got our keys and stepped in a huge clean new king-size room.ftidge was filled with pop and bear.lots of drawers and place to hang our clothes and ofcorse a safe and clean new ropes and slippers. Around 4 o'clock my son went in to the beach and after stepping in to the water came out crying itching his body.Rashes on his arm belly and leg.we ran in to the room applying anti itch lotion and gave him antihistamine and applying warm compression and then ran to the buffet to get some vinegar as Dr Google said is good for Jellyfish sting.the buffet was closed.Migul the waiter open the door and when I told him what happened he ran to Catherine (The hostes with the most beautiful soul and smile) and she called for help.in no time many workers came to rescue. Enrique the life gard put vinegar bandages on the areas and asked to leave them there for 30 min. He took a nap and woke up with no sign of rash.I dont know all names of people who came for help ,UlisesGiullen was one of them. I got a follow up visit, follow up call and he got a room service cake afterwards. Great entertainment team, Brian, Miguel,Edgar, Alicia,Andres,Carlos,Yoshar,and others worked hard to keep people entertained. Bartenders, friendly and fast, Ramiro Amiro,Janitzia,and lots others. Santos tequila master made a special drink for me when the tequila tasting didn't happen as the schedule said.He brought the drink inside the show room, found me and gave it to me.What a promising gentleman:) Free daycare, free baby care 9 to 9. Great friendly staff. Great shows every night at 9 pm. Highly recommended resort.trompling for kids special area with slides for kids3 family restaurants. 1 buffetI should mension Ever smily guy. 1 adult only . restaurant and bar.Adult only pool section.Ziplining mini golf, big chess.
