Angeles was my therapist for a wonderful mani/pedi I received this morning at the Pure Indulgence Spa at the Divi Phoenix. She was truly a perfectionist and took her time scrubbing, massaging and perfectly painting each nail. Loved the results and feet feel great!♥️

Deli queen
Bethelie Peter, the Deli Queen, has been here for years making us coffee and smoothies. She is so warm and friendly and, aside from sunshine, our favorite part of the resort. The new aerobic instructor- zumba in water is also terrific and much better than past.

Visit Angeles for an amazing massage
Was looking forward to an hour long relaxing massage. Got heaven! Angeles was wonderfully professional and provided an amazing experience from beginning to end. I did the aromatherapy massage and added on a scalp treatment. Recommend stopping by to see her.

Another great year at the Divi Phoenix
Another great trip to the Divi Phoenix. We are owners and look forward to this trip annually. The renovations are beautiful and the staff is great. Julio Cesar, Sandra and O’Neil are the best! They are so welcoming and always go out of their way to make us feel like family. We travel with a group of friends and family every year and it always feels like home. The spa services are wonderful. We can’t wait to go back next year. The Phoenix is highly recommended!

Wonderful location , wonderful staff In particular Sandra Mora who is in charge of beach accessories like beach towels , floats etc is most gracious and welcoming every day. Thank you for your kindness Also beach attendants are always willing and available to help .
