Love the Divi Phoenix, great location, wonderful staff, very clean, and the staff is very attentive to all your needs. One staff member at the towel hut, her name is Sandra Mora was so pleasant and helpful. I just mention to her that we took this vacation to celebrate my friend birthday and the next day she gave us flowers and informed the front desk staff that provided a bottle of wine on her birthday. She really went out of her way to make our vacation stay very special.

The Divi Phoenix is fabulous !!
We had an issue with our assigned room that was resolved immediately and unexpectedly by the Divi Phoenix . After complaining to the front desk that we detected a smell of mold in a room that I had rented from an owner the resort responded by upgrading us to a waterfront room (# 205) where we viewed incredible Aruba sunsets every evening. I want to extend sincere thanks to whoever made the decision to handle this in such a generous and professional manner. Last week was our second stay at the Divi Phoenix but now we will definitely be returning many times in the future.

Home Away from Home
Best location on the beach! The staff was very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms are steps away from the ocean, and the renovated rooms are beautiful. Everyone throughout the resort is always friendly and helpful - shout outs to Pearl, the general manager; Joel, a definite "hands-on" manager together with Sondra and Julio at the beach; Milly at the front desk; Jason, our bellman; and Yajaira and Sylvain, from the housekeeping staff! Looking forward to my next stay at the Phoenix!

Divi Phoenix, Home
We are here at Divi Phoenix at least 2 weeks each year. This year, we spent a week in April to celebrate my birthday and I would not have chose anywhere else to be. From the most beautiful beach in the world, to the very Resort we call home because of how comfortable it is, and the staff are like family. Go visit one of my favorite Arubans, Sandra in the towel hut. She greets you with a huge smile on her face every morning to start off yet another beautiful day!

Accommodations not meeting my expectations - have been a Divi timeshare owner for 25 years Although through points eligible for one bedroom unit -I was given a ground floor studio Small all appliances doors were backwards ( leavigyouvacked against a wall corner ) and unbelievably poor lighting!
