    Location location location

    My 5th time in Aruba and coming to Divi Phoenix always feels like coming home, especially from the warm welcoming from Julio when we arrive and then each morning. It’s the perfect place for the kids to bounce from beach to pool without feeling like you’re chasing them back and forth (close proximity) and always activities without there being too much. Always love the BINGO and happy hours in the afternoons and it’s the perfect location at the END of the walking path with less foot traffic. Can’t beat the sunsets on the quieter beach either!

    Wonderful trip!

    We having been going to Aruba for over 10 years. All trips have been wonderful- from the great beach experience/care from Joel who maintains order with kindness as well as Julio, Ariel and Sandra. The concierge staff are exceptional as well. It is great to see Valerie back! The housekeeping staff did a great job taking care of us as well. Pure Oceans was delicious, although the food at Pure Beach was disappointing.

    Great family vacation at the Phoenix

    Been coming back to the Divi Phoenix for 20 years. This year was definitely the best experience to date! The entire staff from start to finish seemed genuinely happy that we were there. Our families of Four, Four, and Two thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Some special shout outs to: Yvette, Merrit, Benjamin, (reception), Jesus, Michelle, Magdalena, Charlotte, (concierge), Joel(5 star addition), Julio, Ariel, John(beach & pool), Sandra (towel hut), Margarette(housekeeping), Dino, Gio, Andress(bar), Clarissa, Angie, Lydia, Kimmy(restaurant), & Valentina (kitchen), Emelie, Nelson(restaurant managers). Great job all.

    Amazing staff

    Had a wonderful stay at Divi Phoenix. Big shout out to the beach staff for their friendly smiles, morning chats, and help with anything we needed. Joel, Julio, and Ariel were a joy on the beachfront.

    Aruban Family Vacation

    From the moment we got there, everyone was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. We first met Sugiene at the front desk. She explained all we needed to know then was there every day to help get a taxi. At checkout, she helped to fix the bill that was incorrect as we were charged twice for the same thing. She was wonderful. Sara M . from Pure Beach cafe was there daily to take our order. She was extremely friendly and we loved seeing her every day. We will go back there again.
