Oct 22, 2025DIVI PHOENIX RULES!!!
The resort is in the prime location, right on Palm Beach, tucked away from the complete party scene but lively enough to still have a lot of fun. The rooms have been recently renovated (I recommend staying in the tower if you can). The cleaning staff keeps everything spotless, they even sweep sand off of the walk ways every morning and night. Special thank you to Jay-Ar, Dino, Simone, Julie, and our beloved Sandra at the towel stand. Sandra is possibly the sweetest person on Earth and you really feel like she is extended family. Same for Dino and Jay-Ar. They have become more than friends to us, they are our extended family. Coming to Divi Phoenix is a 100% recommendation as you will be treated like family and taken care of at every step. Thank you to everyone at the divi network, you truly make us feel so special. The views and food and drinks and games and activities are all great but it is the people that make this place so special and so hard to leave.

Thx for an Exceptional Experience!!
We enjoyed an absolutely Wonderful trip! We feel that we are returning to visit family when we visit Divi Phoenix. We are so very thankful for Michelle, Valerie, Pearl, Nellie, Joel, Julio#1, Ariel, Daniel, Lucky, Jean, Paul, Sandra, and Mora, and many others. Come spend time at the Phoenix
Been coming to Aruba for 10 years now . This is our second time this year , been to many other properties but the Phoenix is our favourite by far . Joel Fossi is amazing , it’s the care and attention to detail from the staff . I’ve been to the ritz and st Regis over the years and the staff at the Phoenix are far the best .Joel Ariel , Julio are some of the best staff on the island . I highly recommend coming here .

Everyone was amazing special shout out to the beach pool staff Julio Joel & Ariel. They remembered my daughters name daily and looked out to help us

Love love love Divi Phoenix! We come several times a year! The staff is awesome! From Pearl, to Shakell, to Yvette, all the way to Lucky Sean Paul! See y’all again soon!
