Great resort just beautiful . Thank you to Joel Julio & Ariel for always keeping the beach and pool beautiful and getting chairs for us always kind and helpful… The ladies in Pure Deli are great so helpful and sweet morning and afternoon.

The rooms are never clean when we come here the house keeping just doesn’t care it’s sad because we love this resort we just can’t handle the rooms being so nasty anymore we won’t be staying here anymore

Divi Phoenix Beach Attendant Service
Great experience on the beach with Julio Rodriguez. He was super friendly and always anticipating what we needed before we asked. It's quite the ordeal to get a Palapa at the Divi but Julio made it so much better. Outstanding service!

The stay was great,and all the people working there where fantastic,from Pearl the general manager to Yvette at the front desk and all the beach and pool workers Joel,Julio,and Ariel ,they all make the vacation extra special and treat everyone like family

Wonderful Vacation at Divi Phoenix Aruba Resort
We would like to commend the staff at the Divi Aruba Phoenix Resort for the outstanding service, and hospitality we received on our recent weeks 4 and 5, January 2026 vacation. We’ve been owners at the Phoenix for decades and have always had a fantastic time at the resort. Our latest trip was perhaps the best time we’ve ever had, and we feel that the staff played a huge role in contributing to our enjoyment. We want to commend some staff members we interacted with, namely Yvette, Claudia, Chris, Beth, Julio, Oscar, Emmely, Patrick, Sandra, Roberto, Terrence, Dino, JR, Michelle, Hansel, Chido, Jackie, and most of all, GM Pearl Lake! We had such an enjoyable vacation that we will be returning in March for weeks 13 & 14 with our 8 year old granddaughter for a two week vacation.
