Nov 16, 2025Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort - a lovely place to stay!
Each year we visit Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort for three weeks. The staff is helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms have been recently renovated and looked beautiful! We love our room in the tower and the villa. Here are the staff that I would like to give a shout out about: Jo Joira - our villa maid who did a wonderful job keeping us happy and our room clean! Sandra Diaz - the towel lady who always wore a smile and was so sweet and friendly. We love her!! Charlotte Baarh - concierge who always helped us with our reservations for dinner and had some great suggestions when we didn’t know where to go next. Joel Fosse - manager of beach and pool areas - he was outstanding in assisting us on the beach with our chairs and anything else we needed to be comfortable. He was friendly, helpful and always cheerful. No job was too small for him to tackle to make everyone happy. He is the best manager we have ever had in all our 28 years coming to Aruba! Julio Rodrigues - beach attendant who helped guests with chairs. He always was cheerful and helpful. Clarisa Diaz - staff at Pure Beach Restaurant - she was always smiling, efficient and prompt with our orders and friendly and helpful. I’m sure there are more but I don’t know their names. Phoenix, please let these people know how important they are! We appreciate them! At the airport we met a JetBlue staff member who helped us with our tickets and luggage tags. She was wonderful since we didn’t know where not know what we were doing with the defective machine. Her name was Danitza. Thank you to all who helped to make our trip so special.

Julio and Saundra are wonderful. Always willing to assist and smiling. They both always remember us and give special attention to the grandkids. Great employees

Divi Phoenix Aruba! Our Home away from Home!
We visit Aruba every year and stay at Divi Phoenix. We just left Aruba after 2 glorious weeks. We love everything about Aruba, the weather, the restaurants, this resort and the wonderful staff that work there. We have met wonderful people that also visit the same time as us and have become great friends. The staff treat you like family, specifically HANSEL PINEDA who always makes sure we are satisfied with our accommodations, SANDRA MORA at the towel hut who always has a smile and a friendly disposition every day when we get our beach towels and JOEL (Julio) ARIEL who gets us our beach loungers and chairs every day. They greet us when we arrive and say goodbye when we have to leave, with a big, warm hug every single year. Truly our home away from home!! We love Divi Phoenix Aruba!! Tammy M. Nov 2025

The experience was great!
Amazing trip! I love how it’s on water, the beach here is perfect. My family goes here every year and we love it every year! All the workers are spectacular ( Especially Julio)! Super pretty and I will definitely be coming back next year.

Home away from home in Aruba☀️
We stayed at the Divi Aruba Phoenix in November, and as guests who have been coming for around 10 years, we continue to be impressed. One of the things we love most is how welcoming and helpful the beach staff always are. Every day, they make it easy to relax by helping us get a palapa and setting up our chairs without any hassle. A special thank-you to Julio, who has been incredibly accommodating throughout our entire stay this week. His friendly attitude and attentive service truly made our visit even more enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to our next trip back to the Divi Aruba Phoenix!
