    Love love love

    Love love love this location. We are always greeted with big smiles and hugs from everyone at the Towel hut (Sandra & Ariel), luggage (Roberto), Pure Beach (Dino, JR, Julie, Rizqua), concierge (Jesus & Charolette) and many others I know I forgot to mention. Happy hour is usually the best unless the music isn't good. If the music isn't heard or upbeat... we skip happy hour. The music makes the happy hour. Bad music equals bad happy hours. This is why I couldnt give 5 stats.

    Amazing

    Best place to stay in Aruba . The staff is super friendly. Julio ,Ariel,and Joel made the mornings fun. They work hard as a team to keep everything clean and get all the beach goers their chairs. What an awesome experience. Sandra at the towel hut is also very helpful and sweet. My girls adore her . The staff makes this place the best on the island.

    Love Divi Phoenix!!

    We love the Divi Phoenix and this was our 6th visit. Everyone is so warm and welcoming! Sandra at the towel hut and Crisienne at Pure Deli in particular. Love the location within walking distance to the Palm Strip restaurants and shopping, and the beach is beautiful! We'll be back!

    A great vacation

    Very good beach service from Julio and Joel Ariel. Always a smile and friendly greeting. Clean room with plenty of hot water for showering. Friendly bar staff and waitresses.

    The Divi Phoenix is better than ever

    The newly renovated Phoenix is impressive with updated showers, comfortable beds and new kitchen appliances. The place is super clean and constantly being maintained by a really attentive staff. The servers and bartenders make you feel like family whether you’ve been coming for 20 years or it’s your first time. The beach crew including Julio, Ariel and Joel are super attentive and great guys who give high fives like old friends. The Phoenix gives you the feel of old school Aruba at a time when the island continues to grow with more resorts and condos. For those of us who’ve been coming for many years it is truly our home away from home.
