First in class
A first rate resort and the first rate experience. We wanted to give a special, thank you to Joel, Julio, and Ariel. Each morning, they greeted us with a smile as they placed chairs for us by the beach. By the second day they had already remembered the number that we need.We very much appreciated their attentiveness and efficiency.

Perfect location with the friendliest staff!
Another wonderful week in Aruba at the Divi Phoenix! This place really is magical. The location is perfect and at the end of a week, you simply don’t want to leave. A real stand out element to this resort is its warm, friendly, and huge hearted staff. Julio remembers me every time I come, which (unfortunately) is not every year. But every time he sees me, I’m greeted with a big hug and a smile! Sandra at the towel hut was also a warm and friendly face…and patiently humored me with my bad attempts at speaking Spanish. 😅 I’m already looking forward to coming back sometime hopefully very soon!

Divi Phoenix, Home away from Home.
Always a pleasure staying here! The staff is just amazing! From the bartenders to the towel service booth attendee (Sandra) is always so kind and pleasant! & the beach chair service attendees! We would not have it any other way! Can't wait to come back!

Julio and his crew do a great job of setting up the chairs under the palapas, keeping the beach clean and helping out people with their needs. A very friendly crew!
