I wanted to provide an update on my previous comment regarding the Divi Phoenix summary. We booked a stay at the villas, but they placed us in the old Phoenix instead. Despite our complaints, we received no assistance, and we ended up paying extra points for that. Recently, I spoke with some very nice representatives who assured me they would do everything in their power to accommodate us when we return in November. While they can't make any guarantees, it seems reasonable that we should stay where we originally booked. Their friendly communication is a positive sign. I plan to follow up in 3 to 5 days to the resort to confirm our placement, then I’ll update Tripadvisor to see what they told us was true. I will update at that time. Thank you.

Aruba is a safe, friendly island. The weather is always warm. Outside the hurricane zone so no worry there. Pampered is the term for how you are treated by the staff. The Aruban people speak 4 languages so there is no language barrier.

Pleasant PureDeli experience
Although I found all of the Phoenix employees helpful and nice , one stood out ! Crisienne Illidge has been working at the PureDeli for a number of years! She has always gone above and beyond to be welcoming, warm and performing amazingly quick service to her customers!

Can’t wait to plan our next trip!
Saudra Mora with the beach towels was such a sweetheart!!!! I didn’t get the name of the woman who worked the afternoon/evening shift in the coffee shop but she also made us feel like lifelong friends. There were a few young men who helped with our luggage too that were wonderful and very friendly when we saw them around the resort they always had a smile and said hello.

Always feels like home.
Loved the new renovations, hopefully they stand the test of time. Joel and the beach pool guys are great. Big improvement since Joel joined the staff. JR, Sandra and the gang are always a pleasure to deal with. We love how maintainined the property is. We shall be back agin !!
