Only place I have stayed in when visiting Aruba. Excellent location! Great beach. Accommodation is excellent. Sandra with the towels,Julio with your bed.charolette at concierge makes for a fabulous time!!! John Boston

Aruba Dream
Amazing first visit to Aruba, with the good fortune to stay at the Divi Phoenix! Check in was smooth and quick. Christianne in the deli was pleasant, and made her sandwiches “with love!” The beach team of Joel, Julio and Ariel were ready to help with chairs, greeted us with smiles every day and set the tone of happiness for the day! Although I don’t know their names, the waitresses in the Pure Beach were excellent and Oscar in Pure Ocean helped make our dinner extra enjoyable! Everyone here was polite and genuinely friendly and helpful! I hope to return!

Being happy on one happy island.
Excellent from start to finish. The courtesy of the front desk personnel is very warm and inviting. Starting our day out on the beach was made so much easier by the beach and pool personnel Joel, Ariel and Julio hustled to set up our Palapas every morning. You must go to pure Deli and meet the very warm, caring and delightful Chris. Just seeing her and simply interacting while getting a coffee or some delicious gelato will make your day happier.

The resort breaks the contracts for the timeshare owners, doesn't follow their own rules. The reception staff is very incompetent and is not whiling to help the guest
