    Aruban Family Vacation

    From the moment we got there, everyone was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. We first met Sugiene at the front desk. She explained all we needed to know then was there every day to help get a taxi. At checkout, she helped to fix the bill that was incorrect as we were charged twice for the same thing. She was wonderful. Sara M . from Pure Beach cafe was there daily to take our order. She was extremely friendly and we loved seeing her every day. We will go back there again.

    Relaxing vacation with friends

    This was our 6th trip to Divi Phoenix, we were pleased with the addition of the Waves Bar, activities and improved menu at the restaurants, along with various updates at the resort and complete unit makeovers. It was wonderful! We were joined by two additional couples, we all enjoyed our time in Aruba. It was nice to see a familiar face, Kimmie at Pure Beach and Shaq was excellent as well. Thank you for a great stay!

    Perfection at its best!!

    Perfection as usual!! Due to the excellent service from Sarah Mondale, Clarisa Dicz, Joel, Julio, Ariel. They made our stay perfect! You should be very proud that they care so much for Divi and its owners.

    Divi Phoenix is a great place to relax

    We’ve been coming here for over 20 yrs. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The beach area is great. The Phoenix is walking distance from great restaurants and shopping and They always seem to be improving the property. Each time we come it gets better. From the servers in the restaurants, housekeeping , and the Palapa attendants, they’re all super nice and helpful . We love this place.

    Aruba is my happy place

    Divi has stepped up its game with the renovations at the beach villa. Staff are fantastic. Razi and Kimmie @ Pure Ocean cafe are great and attentive. Sandra and Lucky at the towel bar are excellent and very accommodating. Michelle is awesome. Don’t sleep on the Aloe store onsite. They have better deals than the store outside the property. My only critique is that they will need to upgrade to new mats in the gym and a wipe down off them and BOSU balls will help with the upkeep.
