Dec 22, 2024Great experience, Staff made it better
The staff are some of the best that I have ever met in my life! They were so warm and welcoming along with the guest. Although I travelled alone it did not seem like it. I will say the property could do with having more things to do or atleast a more affordable traveling option for guest to be able to explore the island more since the resort is far away from everything. With that being said From the front desk agents Elyssa(could be spelled wrong) and Jonathan to the bartenders Louisa, Betthany, and Colton(my honey because he is so sweet) and Ken and the guys at the activity center I had a wonderful time and I will definitely visit again. Lastly, the events director did a great job at keeping us entertained with karaoke and fire dancers. This was a great trip!

Went for 30th Anniversary. Resort has so much potential but didn’t meet expectations at all. No nightly entertainment. Food at buffet at night was awful with hardly any options, it was cold or empty containers. Smallest buffet we ever ate at. Pool bar mostly one bartender so long waits everytime with the same bar food options everyday. Worst burger you can find. No wait servers around pool or beach. No resturant open for lunch except pool bar. Resort is on far end of island with nothing to do and no way to get to anything. Take your money and go elsewhere in St. Croix. We loved St. Croix and will go back elsewhere. We travel to Caribbean about 5/7 times a year and this one was disappointing.

I love the bartenders. Louisa was a great always serving me my tequila and she is checking up on me whenever i needed anything she is super friendly and I love her for who she is! Colton is amazing he always has a smile on his face and always had a joke to tell and made me laugh. Madison is really sweet and always came out of his way to have a conversation with me and giving me advice on places to visit on the island. Scott is very cool and down to earth he is a beasts and very attentive always moving. Mandy is the sweetest, she comforted me when I needed it and being always honest and genuine. Divi was a great experience and i’m so glad i came here with my mom.

Resort better than expected
We did not have any expectations but were surprised this resort was better than expected. We stayed in an updated room which was a good size with spectacular ocean views. They were still working on renovations so the stairwells were still messy and the elevators did not work. Both the oceans bar and Tuscany Italian restaurant were good. I’m not a fan of buffets therefore not expecting much. However, if you get to the Waves Buffet once they open, you’ll get fresh warm food. They will also make fresh eggs for breakfast which you need to ask the cooks. Staff members were very friendly at all restaurants and bars.

The views are amazing. The staff is absolutely incredible. Mandy ,Cole,Louisa,Scott, every staff member I encountered made the trip that much better they are amazing people. Had an amazing time . Will definitely be back 10 out 10 recommend
