    What Happened Here?

    I have stayed here 10+ times, and i can honestly say that everything is deteriorating every year in terms of cleanliness, food quality, room quality, you name it. This resort used to be a hidden gem of sorts but it has now become a place of borderline embarrassment. The rooms have are covered in dust, the bathrooms have water damages, the appliances are rusty and smell like mold, the food quality has fallen off the last 5 years, the main pool is covered in dirt, I can honestly say only the Beach Bar is "nice" Management does not seem to care as many guests/timeshare owners have voiced their concerns and displeasures over the years and we are met with "Ok" or just flat out ignored.

    Maintenance Improvements Needed

    Too hard to get umbrellas at the beach. The maintenance of the hotel needs to do a better job. The doors of the rooms are not closing well. The bathroom showers have cracks between the tiles. The AC in our room was leaking. The room had high humidity and there was no good ventilation. the pools were dirty and not well maintained throughout the day. Overall we had a good experience but the hotel prices keep going up when there is little care to the resort maintenance

    Divi Golf stay could have been better

    All of the staff at Golf are great with the exception of the front desk. The Front desk staff need an extensive course in customer service.

    Beautiful grounds at a wonderful beach

    Beautiful grounds, well maintained pools and grounds and one of the best beaches in the world. Wonderful staff. A choice of several restaurants. We loved the Tapas! So many great restaurants that are a quick reasonable taxi or shuttle ride away. Don't expect anything special in the rooms but the cleaning staff work hard to keep clean and make sure you are happy. The rooms are very spacious which is nice. If you have any kind of problem while you are there, staff works quickly to solve it for you.

    Another great trip

    Divi Village Golf and Beach Resort is my HAPPY PLACE. I look forward to my 2 weeks here during the winter. I do a lot of traveling but Aruba is my time to reset. The staff is great, the accommodations are wonderful. The choices of things to do here never disappoints. Highly recommend
