We had a great stay. The entire staff was wonderful, but Carlos was the shining star. He took care of us each evening for drinks in the lobby and I’m not sure we’ve ever had better service. He went above and beyond every day and made us feel we appreciated!

10/10 experience
We had a wonderful experience staying here for our 1 year wedding anniversary. The hotel is beautiful, well-equipped and the outdoor pool area was super relaxing. The valet was also wonderful and BIG shoutout to Will- he was so thoughtful and helpful. He even took some anniversary pictures for us and was extremely friendly throughout our stay. Highly recommend

Amazing stay
We had a great time! The valet William was so helpful and informative! We will definitely come back! Also the beach attendant Louis was so great! All of the front desk staff and housekeeping were great as well. We really felt welcomed and taken care of.

Great Hotel in PR
Annette Figueroa, Lissandra Alicea my awesome contacts and all the personnel at Doubletree San Juan are always great with their clients. The service is Five Star and the location they maintain in awesome shape. Highly recommended! They do a beautiful job on the property!

Best Hilton in San Juan!
We loved our 4 night stay at the Doubletree in San Juan! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, especially valet, front desk, housekeeping and the restaurant team at Cafe Pierre- we felt at home. We ate at the restaurant several times and got room service; we enjoyed the food and found it to be a reasonable price point. You can walk to the Condado district in about 15 minutes- the beach is walkable but we did also use the shuttle to the beach which was very convenient- everyone at their beach club was awesome. We did walk to the art museum which is about 2 blocks. There is a Starbucks and several other restaurants within walking distance in addition to what is offered on property; also a take one leave one library and a homemade ice cream shop. Housekeeping service was always extremely timely and well done, absolutely perfect. Really amazing hospitality, thank you so much to the whole team. :)
