Me and my wife stayed 6 nights at this hotel. Excellent service, variety of food, fresh at the breakfast buffet. Room service every day. Clean pool and towel available every day. Free access to the beach with the transport service. Free beach chair and towel. Friendly and attentive staff.

Awesome Staff, Awesome Stay
My sister, brother-in-law, and I had a great experience when we stayed at Doubletree by Hilton San Juan. Staff was extremely friendly and always greeted us when we encountered each other. They were easy to speak with and contact whenever we had any questions or concerns. When we reported an issue with our room, just as a precaution not expecting anything out of of it, the manager and staff followed up with us, provided us with an update, allowed us to change our rooms, and gave us a complimentary meal. We were not expecting this at all! We felt very welcomed and at peace here. We would definitely book here again for any future trips to San Juan, Puerto Rico. I would also like to add that everything is centrally located here. From the hotel you can walk down Calle Loíza and try different restaurants and even walk down to La Placita.

A Hidden Gem! Loved it
A hidden Gem in the heart of San Juan. I absolutely loved the vibe. The 24 hour pool access is amazing since we checked in late it was great to have my boys enjoy a dip at night, with a little ping pong fun. The rooms were very cozy, loved the Murphy bed that gave us a little more room space while we were awake. A very convenient 24 hour grocery store across the street and walking distance to the beach. Everything in one little package. I will definitely stay many more times when in San Juan.

Friendly, clean, well run
Really nice place in Condado, not on the beach but two blocks off Ashford so convenient to a lot of places, and they'll shuttle you to a nearby public beach if you ask. The staff are friendly, the place is very clean, and everything seems pretty well run. We really liked the way the lobby is laid out, and also the area out front where cars pull in, which is nicely landscaped and includes tables and chairs where you can wait for a ride hail or just hang out. Given the high quality of the pool area, I don't even have a big problem with the daily resort charge. The hotel seems to be a recent full renovation of an existing building, and it carries the downsides of Hilton's recent design choices, including fairly thin walls and the really gross sliding frosted-glass door that gives almost no privacy to a person using the bathroom. This is *not* the fault of this specific hotel, but we should all let Hilton know this is a completely unacceptable design choice chain-wide.

Great service, staff, housekeepers are fantastic, Starbucks nextdoor and good location
My husband and I have stayed here mutliple times and continue to come back because of the staff, service at the hotel restaurant, and the location. We are always happy to see employees again (little turnover, which is plus!) and they are so welcoming. Thank you to Jezseiel (front desk/guest reservations), Christian & William in valet parking (super nice too, always), Pablo who works in Cafe Pierre (waited on us a couple times, super nice) and Francisco at the Front Deck/Reception. Good service & great staff on the housekeeping team too. Wish I got their names. We were there for few days & it is always great as Hilton Diamond (10 years + Diamond member) to have this level of service! Wish we got this everywhere with Hilton. It is great to check in at Valet, the front desk, etc. and have staff remember you and happy to see you. Thank you to the team. We will be back for more business in San Juan soon. Good job.
