Feb 05, 2025Great resort, something for everyone
We had a fantastic family vacation at Dreams. You can't beat the experience of watching the ocean from the infinity pools. It's great for small children to come, the kids club had great activities and was open for the majority of the day. The ladies, Daniela, Gaby, Melissa and Beny who worked with the kids were great and seemed so caring. Plus they would have poolside movies every other night complete with popcorn. The food was good, there were multiple theme nights complete with entertainment. There was a coffee shop that served amazing drinks. Overall it's a great place and one I'd definitely come back too.

Wonderful 1st experince
It is a great resort. I thought they has excellent food with a general buffet in the cafe and multiple speciality restaurants. The ocean views are outstanding. There is a great beach to swim, sunbath, snorkel and feed fish. Multiple pools help spread people out. I especially liked the "Adult Only" pool area. Multiple excurions available for an extra charge. Staff are extremely courteous and helpful !!

Good resort nice area and great staff, more English speaking people would help, more options for food and drinks would also be nice, we will be returning and bringing friends and family. Buildings are showing signs of aging and some paint in certain areas would alleviate that look. Lots of staff to help with any concerns, one minor downfall was the A/C in the room would not get to the temp we had chosen.

Wonderful visit! The staff make Dreams the top of our list!
A spectacular location to celebrate a big family birthday! We loved our daily sunrise walks along the beach and the fish in the lagoon! The staff could not have been more attentive and helpful, the beach was amazing and the resort immaculate. One of the restaurant managers, Julio, went above and beyond the call of duty in helping coordinate birthday celebrations for our large family and his wonderful energy and attention made the trip extra special for our 17 family members! Way to go Julio! The resort is so lucky to have you! Another shout out to Sandy at the beach - our 90-yr old father wanted a float in the sea and he has mobility problems. Seeing the staff work so hard to ensure his daily beach experience was phenomenal. So thoughtful, respectful and kind. Thank you!

Fun trip 2025
Service and Entertainment was great. Kudos to Louis, Nad, Benjamin, Daniel, and aury to name a few. We always had a clean room and towels. Room cleaned 3 times a day. Very accommodating. We will definitely go again. It was a great , great, great time!!!!
