Service and cleanliness awesome. Explanation of preferred status was not good, missed out on the use of some of the benefits. Be prepared for a sales pitch, a little pushy even when we said no politely. Bed and pillow not comfortable at all. The room view was amazing.Enjouable

Excellent vacation ,resort was excellent, rooms ,staff ,food ,beaches and theme nights were great also. Entertainment staff great, Eddie was an excellent ambassador for the resort old school service great energy , DJ,Sergio,Angel,Armando,Luis,Nad,Eucario,Frubo,Alanair,Mike. Where all excellent water sports were amazing ,kayak ,paddle board ,catamaran, The rooms were all ways clean and spotless. Stayed 10 days and wasn’t long enough , I would go back for sure. maybe skip the first morning 9 am meeting about the resort. , not needed. The gym was good too. Did not get any spa treatments so no comment about that. But spa looked amazing.

Amazing stay at Dreams Huatulco
The service is exceptional! From the moment of checking in we were made felt so welcomed. The resort is kept impeccably clean. The entertainment and activity staff were amazing. Thank you Luis and Michael for making aqua aerobics so much fun!

The resort is lovely, staff are excellent and the food is good. Where it all goes to pieces is the fact that they allow outside companies to throw company parties on the lawn outside of guest rooms. Music blasting, lights flashing, drunks yelling. The music was so loud we couldn't hear our own TV . It took 3 complaints to the front desk who pretended they knew nothing about it and had no control over it, to at least get the music turned down a bit. They assured us the party would end at 10PM, but didn't end until 11 PM.

Great expectations will be met
Great beach, pretty good swimming, great staff, good food and beverages. Consistent quality. Clean. Great views. The Preferred upgrade is worth it if you like access to a private lounge and a special place on the beach. They treat you well. Pillows were the only disappointment. This resort is pretty good for celiac. Some celiac guides were excellent but others did not really seem to understand. Thankfully my celiac sister only got glutened once. I recommend this resort.
