    End of the year get away

    Very nice and clean resort!!.. Room Service for all Meals Was amazing!! Pool staff especially Jesus and Javier were top-notch.. How could I forget the Beach staff to include a John and Wilbert they were terrific. They all kept the drinks flowing and atmosphere light and welcoming!!.. 😊❤️

    Overall great experience

    Overall, Great stay. The hotel is very nice, weather was amazing, 90 and sunny everyday. Not many people at the resort I guess its considered down season. Staff was very friendly. They had entertainment every day. The food at the restaurants was amazing. The buffet was not very good though. It seemed to be the same options everyday. I would definitely recommend. I had a great time with the family. They do offer excursions at the concierge desk its just not advertised like how it is in Mexico. They had fun options for families and couples.

    We would go again

    Overall, we liked the hotel very much. Some the food was excellent--possibly the best we have had at an all-inclusive . The staff was very helpful. However, there were only three restaurants plus the buffet. I wish there had been more food choices. There is a free shuttle to the old town.

    The staff were great.

    Daniella was amazing. We went for my husband, my brother, my cousin and our friend's birthdays, we had an awesome time. I would love to see more entertainment. The italian restaurant was the only one that provided better tasting food. We are planning on going back again next year for our anniversary, and hope to see some improvements.

    Amazing hospitality

    Our stay was magnificent Jesus Silva, Edgar & Jose took great care of us throughout our entire stay. Housekeeping was attentive and kind. The staff is bilingual and spoke very well, food was great daily! I Will definitely return with my fam.
