The concierge was extremely helpful with a minor emergency. He had a doctor visit set up within the hour and prescriptions within 2 hours. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and speed of help. I don't think I'd be able to get taken care of that fast anywhere in the states!!

Amazing
Beautiful property and staff! Preferred concierge were truly outstanding and made our trip so special! Spa was really nice and so relaxing. Concierge were very helpful with organizing transportation into the city and airport. Highly recommend!

Definitely not a 5 star hotel Cleanliness (stains on sheets at our arrival, dirty buffet stations, no staff to clean tables, etc…) and food quality (lack of variety, speciality restaurants closed without notice) was subpar compared to other Dreams/Secrets locations Very disappointing!

Amazing musical and dancing show!
Amazing entertainment , show, dance, music! Love it. The dancers and musicians were incredible. In highly recommend the night show at Karibana Resort. They danced for almost two hours representing different areas of Colombia. Also, the host was very funny, professional and entertaining.
