The whole DREAMS staff was very welcoming and helpful! The resort was beautiful, and I would definitely stay there again.

Aug 18, 2025Moldy, dusty, and the ceiling collapsed!🤢
Not clean! Not even on the surface. Rooms smell like mold and many areas of the resort look like they haven’t been touched in years. Gives the vibes like it was closed for a while ans has a lot of humidity issues. On our floor (the fifth floor) the hallway smelled horrible and they tried to mask with air freshener which made it worse. Not to mention the actual air freshener machine was filthy (photo attached). I’m the type of person that makes the best of situation and look pass things AND this trip was a gift so I felt bad complaining. I figured we’ll be at the pool all day (which was relatively clean so no problem there) but the on the the 3rd night the ceiling literally collapsed (photo attached). We reported a leak and they supposedly came to fix it. FALSE when we made it back to our room the ceiling had a huge hole leaving a puddle on the floor. We went to the front desk and they did give us a new room but the staff did not offer an apology at all on behalf of the resort. The carpets were nasty and the tubs disgusting. The door knob of the bathroom fell off and the shower door did not work. Speaking to other guests, we were NOT the only ones disappointed.

I'll be back
Excellent, I'm very satisfied, restaurants are very good in their food and service. Entertainment is wonderful. Spinning, cocktail classes, pool gim, stretching, etc. I really enjoyed it.

Worse experience with UVC Unlimited Vacation Club so far.
I went there with my family and part of my 20 years anniversary. I was very disappointed in the resort condition. The staff on-site has the attitude takes it or leaves it. They need to work on their customer service skills.

Excellent!!!
One of the best resort we've ever been, comfortable, a lot of pools, quality food in all restaurants, very clean, entertainment every night at lobby (karaoke, kid's activities, musical groups, dancing) but the most brilliant, the attention, the kindness of each employee in this place.
