Mar 29, 2025A wonderful experience all around!
From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and taken to the preferred club lounge where check in was done for us. The staff are all warm, professional and attentive. The rooms are large and comfortable and the property is very well maintained. A special shout out to Chef Ingrith at the Portofino restaurant who is a true master of her craft. Her cooking is excellent and everyone in our family thought the meals were delicious.

Birthday Trip
Our stay was great, Jesus the pool bartender was great. We stayed in a preferred suite and he made sure to tend to us even in our private pool area. Super kind and attentive! The only complaint we have is regarding the lack of information given to us for our stay. I also requested something special for my partner’s birthday, and it did not meet our expectations for a 5 star hotel especially since we stayed in a preferred club suite. Besides that, the stay was relaxing great deal for a couples massage in the spa as well.

Birthday Trip
The hotel is very nice. Comfortable and safe, I loved my suite! We stayed in the preferred club area I highly recommend. The food is also very good, I’m Dominican and it felt at home. John the waiter at the beach was very kind and attentive. John the bartender in the lobby as well. Most of the staff is great, Jonathan and Elvis from entertainment were very helpful. Javier the security guard was also so nice! Milady’s at the beach was very sweet.

Excellent family-friendly all-inclusive stay
Our second stay at Dreams Karibana was excellent. Staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and spacious. The all-inclusive amenities are very satisfactory. We especially love the Explorers Club for the children, led by Kelly and Leidy, who remembered us from one year ago and were excited to see us again!

Happy customer happy stay. Living my best life in hotel luxury 🛁✨
Upon arrival, staff was right there to help with our luggage. We travelled with Air Transat, airport checking process need fixing. Only 2 officers to serve over 100 visitors. Family with kids waited over 3 hours. That’s very sad 😞 and need more on staff to help with custom. I know this is not the hotel 🏨problems but you can pass this message to the authorities. A rum punch upon arrival or a cold drink would have been nice! Next time 🥤 . Overal experience was amazing. From the bar tenders, to the beach club, breakfast staff our maid was just FANTASTIC. Managers on site was very helpful. Miguel from the breakfast area was constantly asking if we ok. Would recommend this hotel 🏨 to everyone. Thank you Vanessa and other front desk staff to be so happy, polite and service skills over the top. Vanessa was truly amazing 🥲 and very accommodating. My room view was EXCELLENT and that made my STAY very MEMORABLE. LOVE ❤️ ROSE 🌹 Beach 🏝️ was good.
