Apr 14, 2025A wonderful time at Dreams Los Cabos
The resort is beautiful. Love that there is an adult only pool, although I must say I enjoyed the infinity pool, which is the main pool and where most of the activities took place. Shout out to the entertainment team: Nirvana, Jessica, Martin, Manuel, Nico for making things fun. If you love your coffee, the Coco Cafe is where to go. You can enjoy your coffee hot or cold. While we enjoyed all of the restaurants, The Bordeaux Restaurant was our favourite. I highly recommend this resort.

Mercedes was great!
Mercedes was excellent!!! He was always ready to serve! He had drinks and food ready. He moved our umbrella for us and placed our chairs where we needed them. He came by several times to check on us. He brought us towels and we saw him give everyone around us the same service!

Our first experience at Dreams Los Cabos started with a few bumps, but ended wonderfully! We booked a Preferred Club King Oceanview suite. The resort is beautiful with plenty of options for vegetarians, kids, and entertainment/shows each night we were there. Upon our arrival, we noticed our thermostat was not working in the room, so we were moved to another room. The room actually had a better view! Unfortunately, when we moved rooms, every bar did not receive an update about our Preferred Club status, and DH was given grief about Preferred Club top-shelf spirit options! :( I immediately spoke with management. I explained that we paid for the Preferred Club, and was on vacation for my birthday and to relax. Preferred Club team manager, Irving, immediately worked on improving our experience. Irving spoke with the poolside servers, and the service was EXCELLENT for the remainder of our vacation. Irving set-up a private dinner on the beach with Lucas V., our personal server. Lucas V. provided exceptional service and the entire night was AMAZING. Thank you Irving and Lucas for turning around my birthday vacation!

Family Trip, Highly Recommended!
My family of four just recently stayed at Dreams for our Spring Break Trip and we had an absolute blast! The service was very prompt and attentive. The property is kept up very well. Cleanliness is big for me and I was quite satisfied. The food and drinks were good (with a few hit or miss options), but overall we were very pleased with the restaurants. The entertainment was fun during the day and at night. The lobby bar and coffee café were both amazing. The location was also good and not too far from the airport and for our excursion trip. Everyone was friendly and I would definitely recommend this location!!

Dreams with Ruffo
I had breakfast and lunch at the beach with the great service of Ruffo. We had the best shots and beer. Hornitos, buffalo wings, burgers and chicken wings were also great! I highly recommend visiting them. I will definitely be back here to see the staff and enjoy!
