Most beautiful beach ever. We were Preferred Club so had spots closest to the water. Always plenty of loungers and towels. Not ideal beach area if you aren’t Preferred Club. Overall we were pleased with everything except the volume of the music that played until 10:30 or so every night. And not just one area- but the whole resort. One night there were 3 weddings and we could hear them all! There should be one pool area that is quiet. Not everyone wants loud constant music. Katrine at Oceana was great as was Victor with entertainment. However- our butler was all talk and was slow to deliver what was promised. Not sure we would return due to the noise levels.

The room was comfortable. Air conditioning good. Lots to choose from in the refrigerator. Love the swim out and first time doing preferred and thought it was worth the upgrade. The speciality restaurant were fantastic and spot on! Everyone working there was happy and seemed to love what they do!

Perfect Stay for our family trip
Fantastic week at Dreams Macao, we never wanted to leave! Staff, grounds, room, beach, food, everything was amazing. Our group was 17 people and the resort was accommodating and great. Would highly recommend, there are both adults-only and kid-friendly spots, the waterpark was so fun, and beach was clean and perfect! Tony made us feel at home and made sure we had everything we could possibly need 🤍 we loved all the staff and entertainment, loved playing games poolside with Tairi!

First family vacation was a success!
Great place for a young family! They were so accommodating and our toddler loved our swim up pool room. It came in handy when the baby was sleeping! Everyone was so friendly and made us feel welcome. It was the perfect spot for our first family vacation!

Meh... - Specialty dining was good, while the buffet was sub par. - Beach is rocky - Frequently no towels available -Cafe had limited food options and buffet doesn't open until 12:30 and 6:30 for dinner. - Zip Line is not included as shown on some websites, it was broken anyways. - App needs work and updating to reflect options. - At this price point I had much high expectations. Better experiences for less money out there for sure. - coffee was good at the cafe and had many cold/blended options - entertainment, and bar staff were on point. With lots of pool drink service available. -The pool activities were adult based only. Kids were often not allowed to participate. taken to the beach to play soccer or frisbee. Not much for them offered, activity wise, pool side.
