Very expensive resort for beach or partial ocean view. 90% of the rooms are facing the forest with the trees very overgrown. The patios are very dirty with forest debris. Garbage can be seen throughout the forest and along the walkways of the resort. The beach is in need of daily cleaning . Once leaving the resort area, There are neighbouring abandoned properties and much seaweed on the shoreline. The spa is of very basic quality. My scheduled appointment was delayed by 30 minutes and I only received a 25 minute service for the booking and price of a 50 minutes session There are long lines for access to the à la carte restaurants. We only visited the buffet on one occasion, as it was very untidy, food on the floor, and very poor waiter service. The Bordeaux restaurant, however, as well as the beachfront grill were a highlight of our stay as the waiters, food variety, and ambiance were exceptional. We will not be returning to dreams, Sapphire, or recommending it as it is a three star and not a 4.5 star.

Beautiful resort with tons to do for kids as well as adults. The indigo club has incredible views, the food was delicious, and the yoga in the mornings was awesome! Only piece of advice is come prepared to mark your pool chairs early every morning…

Can't WAIT to come back here!!
First time at an all-inclusive resort, and now I'm ruined for life! LOL From the second you pull through the gates, you will be incredibly impressed with the staff! They are SO friendly, super attentive and even funny! The check-in process was so easy and we were met with a bite to eat and a drink right away while going through the process. On the way to our room, we noticed these fun, little anteater looking, wild creatures running around, which was so neat to see! The service that we got to take our luggage to the room was fantastic and once the door to our room opened, it was SPECTACULAR! We got an ocean facing room and the view could NOT be topped! The room was as spotless as one could ever hope for (and I'm an OCD neat freak!) considering minor parts of the room are starting to show just a little wear. Nothing too terrible whatsoever! The most important thing, was that it was super clean! There was a hot tub out on the balcony, and since the resort faces East, we were greeted with the Sunrise every morning that we could watch break the horizon, while still laying in our bed! So romantic! The grounds are METICULOUS! And the crews are constantly working around the clock to ensure this! I just don't know HOW in the world the entire staff works as hard as they do! Non-stop!! And they have constant turn over for events as well as dining set ups every day! It's truly a marvel to see how hard every single person is working, and with a smile on their faces!! Everyone is so helpful and ready to ensure that your stay is top tier! One of my most favorite things though about the room? The shower! The shower was a huge walk-in, with a rain shower head. The water was super hot, and the pressure was perfect! The door went from floor to ceiling, keeping all the steam inside the stall! I never wanted to get out! I also took notes to make sure that I will, one day, have a shower like this in my home! We paid a little extra to have access to the rooftop, infinity pool where it's an adult only space, free from overly excited kids. It was SO worth the extra money! There is a sushi bar up there, cabana beds, and everything from the service to the music was pure perfection!!! The staff up there even came around and cleaned your sunglasses! Obviously with the water & sunscreen, they can get messy! They had a floating blackjack table with a dealer for entertainment one day! It was FABULOUS and the relaxation level was off the charts!! Pure perfection! Now let me talk about the food.... Having never been to an all-inclusive, I have heard horror stories about the food. NOT HERE! It seemed as though EVERY single thing we ate, was a step above the last meal! From presentation, to freshness, to selection, it was unbelievable! Don't get me started on the buffet! There was everything imaginable to eat there! And again, the service was impeccable! They had nightly activities in the main lobby area, with comfy couches to sit on and people watch, or listen to live music, or dance! There was this great little cafe where you could get freshly made to order coffee/cappuccinos etc as well as a juice bar across the way! They have a gift shop on premises as well if you need any toiletries or over the counter medicine. I would suggest bringing your own sunscreen though, it is VERY, VERY expensive at the shop! If I remember correctly, something like $50 (USD) for a regular mist bottle! Nuts! Otherwise, everyone went above and beyond their job duties!! I was super impressed! Keep in mind, these people work their tails off for not a lot of money. PLEASE BRING CASH TO TIP everyone! The concierge will exchange USD for Pesos, if need be. But they will take USD as well! I seriously cannot WAIT to come back here! To this very resort! It was THAT good! Kudos to everyone involved making sure that beautiful memories are made!! What a great experience!!

My teenager and I had a best vacation time ever !
The entertainment team at the resort was truly exceptional, making it the highlight of our visit. People of all ages found joy in their activities. We had a blast dancing Zumba by the pool in the morning and salsa dancing in the evening with the incredible Hannia, Tony and Omar, who were absolutely fantastic! We would like to express our gratitude to Issaquah, the pool concierge, who was a very kind and courteous young man. He assisted us in renting our cabana, which was a significant highlight for us, allowing me to enjoy some reading time. Additionally, the spa relaxation massage was absolutely fantastic; it's an experience you shouldn't miss if you visit this spa resort. The hotel staff were incredibly courteous, including the reception team and the waitstaff at both the restaurants and the beach. I especially want to express my gratitude to the wonderful lady at the coffee shop, who truly made my experience delightful. … On the downside, we did notice that the room cleaning services could use some improvement. There were times when the bedsheets weren't changed despite us leaving a note, and the floors seemed to have only been vacuumed rather than properly cleaned. It would also be great to have bathrobes and slippers available, especially since we are at a spa resort. Despite these issues above, the positives far outweighed the negatives. We thoroughly enjoyed the resort, the pool activities, the water shows, yoga classes, and the constant dancing. We can't wait to return!

Nice hotel, nice location, nice staff and very nice food, would not recommend the spa. Small hiccups, receiving a 200 usd voucher 4 days to late, that must be activated 24 hours after check in. Spa experience, left me feeling treated half like an idiot and half scammed. Would not do the Spa again, but would concider the hotel stay again.
