A beautiful Mexican Dream
I was there for my Best Friends wedding. The resort was beautiful and I would love to go back. The food and drinks were very good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating especially with the weather. We were there in the rain season and the staff was dedicated to keeping the resort as clean and dry as possible

25 years
The hotel is older, they are constantly working on the buildings. We upgraded as we always do, we enjoy the extra services and room location. The food is what we expect at this level of resort. Beach was a 10 good hard sand to walk, entering the water at the swim location had no rocks all sand and nice compared to other areas. We had Tropical Storm Sara while at the resort so lots of wind and rain.

Great staff
We attended this resort for a wedding. During our time here, we did many activities. Paula was one of the activity leaders and she was so much fun! We did so many activities that she lead, and her energy is contagious! The staff members are very helpful!

Not what I expected
Hotel rooms were not in great shape at all we even got moved and the room was better except for the noise of them drilling and moving things around all day we could not even get a nap. The spa was excellent! Food was meh except for the hibachi table.

Amazing staff but the resort could have been better kept/maintained
The staff at this resort were amazing and attentive. Paola was the absolute best and kept everybody engaged and ensured we had an excellent time. The room service wait times however were ridiculously long and many members of my party had issues with their room (I.e. leaks and termite infestations.)
