great resort, great food swim up rooms were great. one of the pools should be adults or over 12 only. resort is clean. beach was OK i like to swim in the ocean but beach smelled of rotting seaweed. great service japanese dinner was exceptional buffet was better than most

Dreams Tulum great hotel
It was a great experience to stayed at the dreams tulum. The entertainment team was awesome specially Erik and Angel . We enjoyed seeing all the friendly employees during our stay. I’m definitely coming back to this place. The food is also great, tasty many good choices.

Highly recommend
One of the best experiences. Staff made us feel very welcomed! Food was very yummy, they have a variety off food so you’ll have options. The people who ran the entertainments were extremely friendly. Big shoutout to Erick and Angel. They were the ones who made this trip unforgettable and will definitely be coming back to see them again in the future!

Spring break relaxing and beautiful
Very comfortable beds, very clean rooms. The people were so friendly. Buffet food was pretty good, with lots of variety. The specialty restaurants were very good, and easy to get into. The beach was beautiful and the preferred section/service was excellent.

Overall, the experience was enjoyable. However, there are a few areas for improvement: - The housekeeping schedule could be adjusted to mornings instead of afternoons for better convenience. - Fruits lacked flavor, which is surprising considering Mexico’s reputation for great food quality. No Grappes Avocados. - Rooms are poorly soundproofed, making it easy to overhear conversations from neighboring rooms. - Waitstaff seem to expect tips every time, and if no tip is offered, they’re less proactive in offering drinks
