Excellent service by Francisco, Manases, Emmanuel in the Worldcafe. Lucelmy kept our suite immaculately cleaned every day! Activity personnel were friendly and had lots of fun playing pickleball and in Aquasize class.Carla and Griselda provided excellent massages along with the spa personnel assistance in the saunas provided a relaxing experience in the spa. Overall excellent stay at Vista Cancun Golf and Spa Resort.

Good morning. We were there last week. While this is a resort we won't return to (we think it's more of a family resort) the employees were amazing. I'd like to specifically mention Benjamin the pool concierge and Rolando, our pool server. These 2 men went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well hydrated! They brought me cake for my birthday and checked on us throughout the time we were at the pool. Thanks to both of them!

Amazing
Can’t fault this hotel, food is great, service is amazing everywhere, pool & beach are beautiful & entertainment team are lovely and so fun! Would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely return. Came as a couple this time but so much here for kids too. Loved it!

Beautiful paradise wedding resort
I really enjoyed this all inclusive resort. The food at the rooftop cafe (adult only) was great, we were well taken care of by Edgar, Richard, Giovanni, Cielo, Milithza, and chef Heriberto. We were able to custom order off the menu, which was nice, I had to ask if we were able to do that though, and they were happy to oblige everybody at the hotel was very nice, the only issue is the drinks were watered down, but I wasn’t surprised. The lobster at the steak restaurant was also good but the steak that we had was terrible I would recommend eating at the rooftop Café. The rooms at this resort are beautiful as it was built in 2020. Overall, a very nice stay

We went to Dreams Vista for a week during the first week of November. The staff were all awesome! Standouts for us were Rolando the pool server, Claudio the lobby bartender, and Omar our server at the steakhouse. We thought the entertainment was surprisingly fantastic! Our favourite was the Latin night! The food was really good. One thing we found odd was that there was no pico de gallo or guacamole around at the buffet or restaurants. You would have to ask specifically to get it. Another thing that was a bit odd was that there was no dinner buffet, and for a family resort the kids/babes would have to wait until the parents ate. There were a lot of upset kiddos at the restaurants. The pool was wonderful! Never hard to find a group of loungers to chill on. The lights in the pool at night were beautiful. Our son had a blast at the kids club/teen zone as well as the surf wave. The hotel was spotless. The staff work very hard and we sure appreciated that. The views were phenomenal!! Everywhere had a gorgeous view. Lastly, my husband really enjoyed the golf course, but organizing his tee time and golf club pickup seemed like they had never done it before. So calling it a golf and spa resort might be a bit of a stretch. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Thank you Dreams Vista!!
