Mar 25, 2025AMAZING staff and gorgeous venue
We had a corporate event at Eden Roc and the staff there was BEYOND helpful. I’d like to shout out specifically Jimmy and Rafael from special events. When our outdoor event got rained out, they made sure a backup indoor ballroom was not only made ready, but also they really went above and beyond to make it beautiful for us. Secondly, Jean-Eddie from the valet team helped me out tremendously by allowing me to make multiple trips to and from my car with all of the event supplies. He was so so nice and remembered me by name all day after just one introduction. Needless to say, 5 stars all around, and I will be coming here again, for business or pleasure!

Staycation
Jean Eddie was great. He was helpful and polite. Gave good suggestions and helped us get our car out very fast. The stay was great, the restaurant could be better. Drinks are over priced, the rooms are nice. Service at the restaurant could be better

Best girls trip!
Entire hotel and stay was amazing! Loved every second! All of the staff was so kind and made my friend feel super special for her birthday. Miguel was our server on the beach every day and he was the BEST! He was attentive, energetic, funny, and gave great recommendations for other places we should go while we were there.

One year anniversary trip!
The parking was expensive $60 a night, but our valet host Jean-Eddie was amazing! It was my husband, and I one year anniversary, and Jean gave us recommendation on place to go! He was very professional, and nice! Beside the high parking, Eden Rock was beautiful, will definitely be back! This property is breathtaking!

The cleaners were really bad because we called them for clean towels and that we needed to clean the floor we waited 5 hours and they still didn’t come! But why I did a four star? It’s because of Moriana at the front desk. She was really nice and because of her we might come back a second time.
