Group Golf Trip
A group of us from Canada travel each year to Mazatlan to golf. We stayed at Viaggio last year, but was happy to return back to El CID Granada this year. Starting with the warm welcome from Rigoberto the BellMan extraordinaire. Check in ok, but somewhat disappointed with having to pay an additional $150 “resort fee” that WestJet did not include as part of the package. Breakfast at the Granada is spectacular starting with a “motherly” welcome by Leticia. She is fantastic and sets up the day well. Servers Rocio (Rox), Irvin, Victor, we’re all AMAZING. Thank you ALL for your hospitality. And a special shout out to Thelma in Housekeeping. Hard worker, always a friendly Buenes Dias, and attempted conversation. Thanks Google translate. A special thank you to Cesar for hosting our group at the Pergola. A very good friend that I had the privilege of meeting 8 years ago. It’s always good to come back to Granada, and look forward to returning again, and again. On behalf of the group of 9, THANK YOU!!

So fun!
Eat at Alcazar....Cesar was our waiter, he was a doll! excellent service, stunning smile. Food was great. ORDER THE SPANISH COFFEE!! The food came out pretty fast after we ordered and tasted great. We also ordered the tiramisu and it was very tasty.

This is a very nice place to visit. The rooms are clean. Service is really good. The pool is nice. Rigo is a top notch bellboy. He is very knowledge about the town. He can answer many of your questions. Kanng takes special care of the rooms and leaves animals made from the towels . She has a great attitude. Leticia is great managing the resturant. The food is great and it is very clean.lydra is also very helpful. They all have great work habits.

Ramon Morales was the best poolside waiter! He would always make sure that we had a drink and were happy with our food! Staff is wonderful, restaurants were great! Would definitely come back!! My family enjoyed the stay and had lots of fun! I definitely would recommend!
