    Enjoyment

    We’ve been many times at el cid, always Excellent experience, the staff treats you like family specially Alejandra at the elite club, she helped us during all our stay!! The restaurants are great, food is always perfect as well the service. Wonderful environment and wonderful people ❤️

    Visita el cid mazatlán

    Me la pasé muy bien, excelente servicio por parte del personal, muy divertidas las actividades de alberca, y el show de pérgola de Disney hermoso, y por parte de todos los meseros excelente servicio de barra de restaurante y de botones, todo excelente.

    Todo muy bien. • El personal es súper amable y atentos, atienden a tus dudas e inclusive te orientan sobre servicios que están incluidos en tu paquete y en recepción no te comentan. • Las instalaciones muy bien, hacen el aseo diario en las habitaciones. • La comida es rica, pero el bufet es poco variado, deberían incluir más alimentos. • El agua de las albercas es muy fría, estaría bien incluir calentadores. • Las bebidas son buenas, aunque estaría muy bien si tuvieran una gama más amplia. •Recomendado, esperamos regresar muy pronto. • El plus es la banda tocando en la playa.

    Muy cómodas las habitaciones y la atención muy buena. Me gustó mucho, me la pasé muy bien con mi familia, lo malo que hacía mucho frío pero de ahí en más todo bien, la atencion que nos dieron fue muy buena y nos trataron muy bien, muy amables, fue la primera vez que venimos pero si regresaríamos.
