    Relaxing Fall Vacation

    We loved the stay in Mazatlan at the El Moro again this fall! The staff were fantastic, the food was all fabulous, the weather was great, and there were very few guest at the resort this time of year!! So enjoyable to see some of the same staff at our favorite restaurants! Special Thank You to Tomas on the beach. The quiet pool bar staff were great, Cristian made great cocktails, served by Erik, Daniel, and Genaro! Love these guys! Sergio and Daniel were so nice in La Concha! Hope to be back soon!

    Can' go wrong staying at the El Cid/El Moro Resort in Mazatlan Mexico

    My husband and I love staying at the El Cid/El Moro Resort in Mazatlan Mexico. We were there for 3 weeks in November 2024 celebrating our birthdays with family and friends. Upon arrival we were greeted with warmth, huge smiles and a cool refreshing drink. The accommodations are spacious, the food delicious, the live shows entertaining, Mariachi's outstanding and the employees the best. The Management Team and Employees who demonstrated exceptional customer service and deserve to be recognized are Luis Acosta, Claudia Juarez, Guillermo Espinosa, Armando Simon, Verenese Lopez, Daniela Mendez, Abraham Rendon, Alejandra Martinez, Juan Parente, America Leyva; the waiters at La Concha, Pool and Beach: Danny, Luis, Martin, Jorge, Tomas, Daniel and we can't forget our favorite Bartenders: Martin and Manuel. We can't wait to return for the sun, wonderful atmosphere and most importantly the employees that made our 3 week stay fabulous. You won't go wrong staying at the El Cid/El Moro Resort in Mazatlan.

    Family friendly resort with extra friendly staff

    Family friendly, excellent location and amenities. Very friendly staff. Karina went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They had great activities by the pool such as ping pong tournaments, darts, bracelet making and other crafts. Cocktails were amazing and bartenders and entertainment staff was wonderful too. I would definitely recommend. The all inclusive is well worth it.

    Elite Room staff evaluation…

    Verenice is/has been very special to us. She has been very helpful over the years, especially last year when our sister-in-law had a serious medical issue. Whenever we need something she is always there to help. She is an indispensable asset within the El Cid organization. The rest of the Elite Room team at El Moro is also very good and very professional.

    Relaxing

    El Cid Moro has improved from the last time we stayed here. The Elite Club Staff are awesome! Alejandra and Abraham are a great addition and helped make our stay comfortable. As usual, Venanice (?) goes above and beyond to make sure all is well. Veronica was also a great help. Luis at the Lobby Bar is friendly, outgoing and a pleasure to be around. We will be back in 2025!
