Great vacation! Great service! Very friendly staff.

We had a great vacation. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We spent a lot of time at the El Patio restaurant at the granada pool. Jose Gonzalez was our server for most of the stay and he was excellent. He was always happy to see us and gave us great service at all times. We looked forward to seeing him every day and he made us feel like we were family/friends. He definitely helped make the experience more memorable and we will be back in the future.

One of the best trips I've been on!!!

Everything was amazing! The weather is wonderful, each location is beautiful, food and service is fabulous, and the quality of the staff is unparalleled. Stayed at Granada but frequented El Moro, Castilla, and Marina. The shuttle service between the locations is wonderful and makes Marina a quick ride away. Granada, El Moro, and Castilla are connected making each one minutes away and walkable. I am really missing the French toast- the best I've ever had! I'd like to recognize Luis at La Terraza and Freddy at Marina for their kindness and engaging conversations. Ready to return as soon as possible! Would love to make a yearly tradition!

    Stay Clear

Had to stay here for one night when our flight home to Canada was cancelled - the entire plane was put up in this hotel for the evening. (that should have been our first indication since it had room for 200+ people on short notice). We were able to utilize the buffet while we were there for the evening. The main buffet is downstairs in the main building across the street. It looks like a hospital cafeteria and other than the people from the cancelled flight, the majority were locals at the hotel. When we got back to our room after the kids had a little to eat, we opened the door and our handle fell off. One of the other families on our plane got their room, opened the door, and it was already occupied with people. No bottled water in the room. We had to be up at 3am to get back to the airport - 1pm our phone rang and the front desk was asking if we wanted to move rooms. When we were leaving to catch our bus at 3am, we noticed a lot of rooms had their doors open (3am). Needless to say, had I booked this resort for my full 7 day vacation, I would have cried.

Wonderful Staff - Resort Fee is a huge negative

We have been staying at El CID Granada for many years. We enjoy seeing the same staff each time. Lidia and Daniel at the front desk. Letitia, Victor, Angelica, Jose at El Patio breakfast buffet. Reuben at La Pergola dinner buffet. These are the people who provide excellent service every time. Our only negative is the new Resort Fee. We don’t see any new benefits, actually some decrease in the overall value. This is just a cash grab. Unfortunately we gave smaller tips to the staff to counteract the price increase in order to stay within our budget

Overall it was a great stay, lots of walking and things to see and do. Food was great.

Bryan was a great bell boy. Brought our bags to and from our room. The beds were comfy the pillow were hard and not the best. We wish there was free water and coffee in our rooms but overall it was a great stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was great and always lots to choose from.
