    Not a great experience

    Our experience wasn't the best. The food was mediocre, and the facilities were in poor condition. The sauna didn't work, the hot tub was always lukewarm, and the swimming pool was really small. The staff weren't great except for the head of activities, Roger. He was great, friendly, and always ready to help.

    Overnight stay

    I was only in Cozumel for a night and stayed here. I left wishing I could stay longer. This Hotel is amazing! Very nice and highly recommend staying there.

    Great Stay, Great accommodations

    El Cid is excellent IMO ! Really great location and value with the all-inclusive option. Clean cool rooms, excellent food/seafood, great location with dock for scuba daily pickup. Well maintained grounds, pool area and snorkeling right off the deck. The support team is always happy and working to clean and maintain the place. I never left the grounds for a 5-day scuba trip. Highly recommend !
