Buffet, bar, staff, all is great, the shows and entertainment are wonderful, all shops and the cafe are wonderful!!would visit again! Definitely recommend the emotions resort and their amazing staff members and crew! Very family friendly for everyone!

The hotel in most areas is clean and looks great. The personnel is friendly from the moment you arrive until you leave. Food is basic, but is well cooked and flavor is good. Attention needs to be taken on the service for beach towels, it may look like there are not enough towels when the hotel is fully booked, 2 of the 3 days we stayed we had to go several times to check when towels were available. As for the room, same problem, we had to share the towels between me and my kid, because there were only 2 towels in the room occupied by 3 people. We called but waiting time was more than 2 hours to get clean towels. Beach and pool areas were great, and we really enjoyed our time there!

Emotions is great but don't fly with sunwing
Amazing little resort. Bit of a drive form punta cana. Worth it if you want a nice place, good beach, decent food, rooms are nice, just one complaint is the time share guys. Just say no and eventually they get the point. I would go back. But for all canadains going don't fly sunwing, you will regret it. Not accountable for anything and will leave you without any information or help when they mess up. Had no access to water for 11 hours 6 of witch we on a hot plane on the punta cana runway but that's the my fault I was told.

Nice experience with my family
Very clean and family friendly, Manuel from the entertainment team gave us an amazing service during the whole week and the shows were very nice. The food and drinks are also very good! Very entertaining hotel, I would definitely recommend to everyone. The gym is clean and has a lot of machines, the pools are clean.

Mar 03, 2025Hotel was fine but not tours supported by this hotel
Hotel is fine but I do not recommend taking trips from Bruno. Unfortunately, our tour to Saona did not meet our expectations. Instead of the promised 4 hours on the beach, we only had 1.5 hours, which was very disappointing. The return trip was chaotic and felt unsafe – we were packed into an overloaded speedboat that moved significantly slower than the catamarans, turning what should have been a quick journey into a nearly two-hour ordeal. Only then were we split into smaller groups. Additionally, we stopped twice at the “natural pool,” which was pointless since most people didn’t even leave the boat. The organization was poor – the guide provided no clear instructions, and all announcements were made only in Spanish, with no English translation. Sadly, this was not an enjoyable experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this tour.
