Avoid this hotel
Upon check-in, was told the room might have slight noise issue. We'll the noise started at 8p till 430a from the bar next door. We were given room 336, which overlooks the bar next door. Thumping, techo music that rattled the windows. Slight noise was unbearable, no sleeping at all. Husband went down to complain. Management said, "Yes, we are aware of the bar noise, we will refund your room at check out. At check out was told no compensation, since we occupied the room!!!!! Why would they but anyone in those rooms. Especially a gold member of Marriott. Avoid this hotel, if you do stay there nake sure you get a room away from the bar side

Outstanding staff!
We were in Los Cabos for a business trip on August 30th, when Tropical Storm Lidia landed. The airport was closed, as well as most roads, highways, stores and restaurants. Even though the hotel employees and their families were directly affected, they managed the situation professionally by providing the guests with much needed guidance, support and kindness. Extremely grateful with this wonderful staff!

Absolutely not worth it!
Upon arriving to the hotel I was promptly yelled at by the attending staff member at front desk because I was late for my reservation (there were widespread flight cancellations due to heavy winter conditioned effecting most of Canada and the United States and I wrote ahead of time that I was going to be a day late. They gave me a room that was dirty and had a lovely view of an abandoned lot where they were seemingly dumping all their waste. I inspected the room to find it absolutely filthy and I made the mistake of checking for bed bugs. There were NO bedbugs thankfully but I saw the state of the mattress which made me think someone died on it or something with all the stains. Or they took the mattress up from that empty lot. I requested something to be put on the mattress to separate me from it for sleep. I also asked for a blanket and I got a thin sheet. I gave up asking and just used extra towels and pillows to try and keep warm because even with the AC in the room turned off (the control just hung from it’s wires on the wall) I was freezing. I asked several times for help cleaning the room that was in absolute disrepair. But I had to go to the front desk to do it because the phone line from the room wasn’t working. Lamps were broken and falling apart, there were chips out of the walls and splinters ripped out of the furniture. The drawers were left dirty and blanketed with food crumbs. The bathroom was clean enough, however. Breakfast was supposed to be included but there was never anything there as people were waiting for the food to be brought out. It was terrible food the two times out of all the days I stayed there that I could actually get any breakfast. The coffee had run out and I asked if they could brew some. Then by the time the coffee was brewed there were no cups available. Never even got a coffee. You’ll need to ask ahead of time for a towel for the pool as they don’t keep the towels stocked on the rack out there poolside. Generally a very disappointing stay and I couldn’t believe what they are charging to stay in a place that is in such shambles.

This hotel is one of the worst Marriott properties I have ever seen
one of the worst Marriott properties I have ever been in. Not sure how it got four star ratings. The room is falling apart. The lock is falling off the door. There is endless fireworks going off next-door. Website says it a $25 cab ride from the airport is actually an $85 cab ride from the airport.
