Eladio was an amazing hostess. The whole experience was amazing. I would definitely come back here. The staff and food was great. The resort offered great drinks and the services were impeccable.the hotel was efficient and. Gave great attention to details

Greatest Experince in a while!
Eladio has been a great host!! Helped make our breakfast and experince very memorable !! The staff is very helpful and room service is top notch. The food selections are plenty and everything is very conveniently placed.Thank you for everything!

Great trip
Service was fabulous Magda and Nayeli welcomed us daily to the buffet and were so kind. Thomas the pool waiter was great and Osvaldo Cansino at the pool was our man, he was our top server, his service, attentiveness and amazing personality was top notch! Thanks again for a great friend/couple trip. 8 of us from Vancouver Island in Canada

Another perfect vacation
This resort is hands down our favorite! We’ve been here probably ten times in the last 15 years. The location is on the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Housekeepers kept the rooms immaculate. We had 4 rooms. Ages 3 months old to 55. We always enjoy seeing Pedro’s familiar face running different bars. Felix was also wonderful at the swim up bar. In the buffet they were always great with our party of 8. One of the newer servers Fernando was hilarious and extremely attentive. Maggie always greeted us with a smile and conversation at the hostess stand. The manager Eladio was wonderful always friendly and helpful when he saw my daughter had broken out in a rash all over. Saving us money by telling her to go in the water on the beach as the salt water would help. I don’t remember the names of our waiters in the specialty restaurants but they were always quick and food everywhere was delicious. The breakfast buffet and lunch on the beach stand with the shrimp tacos were my favorites. We always had a great time poolside with the entertainment staff. Eddy and Mike really stood out. I have not one thing I can complain about. Ok maybe all the charges at the specialty restaurants but there were plenty of options that weren’t an upsell. I had two incredible massages. I forgot the women’s names but it was extremely relaxing. We took advantage of the free sauna, steam room and hot tub prior to the massages. My second massage was with Noah and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I feel bad for the names I’m forgetting but every single person made our stay exception as always! Can’t wait to return in the next year or two. Oh side note they still have 24 hour room service at no additional charge. It was always quick and delicious. We also appreciated the mini fridge stocked daily. If you want extra of something we’d leave a note and a couple dollars and it was always fulfilled.

Will keep going back
Returned for a 3rd time for our wedding anniversary and it was an amazing experience like the last 2 times. We got married at this resort and the whole experience from planning with the amazing Alma to the day of the wedding being perfect was a dream despite the rain. My guests were pleased with the experience and food. Fast forward a year later we returned for birthdays and anniversary, the experience, service and food was still amazing. Our son was in the daycare daily and talks about how much he misses it. The food at the a la carte was delicious (Italian, Mexican and thai) room service was very good, fresh and the presentation was outstanding. This will be our go to resort in cancun. Thank you team fiesta for an amazing experience once again. Special thanks to the daycare ladies on my son's behalf, Cici and Marlene.
