A Nice Place to Visit !!
So…My wife and I decided to visit this hotel during our trip to San Juan. It was actually very nice - there is a daily parking charge and a resort fee, but you will receive a parking pass to get in and out of the hotel parking area. The room was a surprise as it had a separate sitting area and separate bedroom (we were on the second floor). It also had a sink, microwave, and mini-fridge. As a bonus, the casino is right next door and pretty much stays open late every night. It is not huge as compared to other casinos, but it works and I enjoyed myself. This will be a definite must stay for me on my next trip to PR.

Nice hotel but please improve as noted.
The staff is nice. The hotel is quiet and the bed and linens are fantastic. The hotel is attractive. This is what needs to be fixed: - the hot tub is broken. There is no hot water. It is cold. No one used it the 5 days that I was there. Bubbles but no heat. - the pool water was really cool. It was OK when the sun was out, but it could have been warmer. -Marriott Elite members get a free continental breakfast. You can up charge for $8 if you want the full breakfast. When we checked in, we were told the continental breakfast had sliced fresh fruit. This was not the case. In fact, the full bar only had apples. That’s a shame considering you are on a tropical island. We did the upgrade the first day but didn’t think it was worth it. Also - tea drinkers take note - they only serve either chamomile or black tea which are the same teas they have in the hotel rooms. Even Hampton Inn has a much better selection. -the parking fee has increased more that is shown in the Marriott site. It is now $13/day.

Limited service, limited options
We went there for a recent business trip that required us to be in the area. Probably the best hotel in an area with very limited options. The hotel in general is clean and the staff is polite, courteous and professional as expected. Rooms look recently updated, even though some furnishings were heavily worn out. Soundproofing is basically non existent. We could hear our neighboors loud and clear. They use wall AC units, they are loud when they kick in, but if you are tired enough you won’t notice. Housekeeping is optional, but very courteous. There is no room service. But there is a small restaurant bar in the premises and they are doing a decent job. Unfortunately, they close at 9:30 and their breakfast buffet is very very limited and basic. Given the fact that there is nothing else in the area, they should expand their services and hours. Plenty of self service parking for a fee. As far as rates go, they charge 5 star rates for a 2-3 star establishment. Close to $300.00/ night. They are obviously taking advantage of the fact there are no other hotels in the area. Now that we know next time we’ll stay in San Juan and drive daily to Caguas if needed.

Very nice representation of the brand
A very nice representation of the brand. Nice front desk staff, and upgraded to large 2 room suite. It was clean and very comfortable. And the hotel was nicely quiet with good door closers. Fridge and microwave in mini kit hen and a safe. Bar and restaurant on property as well as the casino next door. Price qas standard for the area. Not too close to restaurants or shopping but right off the main highway south of Caguas.
