Apr 24, 2025Luxury family vacation
Our week at Garza Blanca Preserve was amazing! We had a two bedroom, three bathroom suite with wrap-around patio on the 8th floor in building 5. From the gym, the views, the food and amazing service we’d definitely recommend it for a family vacation. Special kudos to our housekeeper Mariana Lima for taking care of us all week.

Apr 23, 2025Worst Experience at a Hotel Ever
This is the shadiest and rudest hotel and staff I have ever encountered. The deluxe ocean front room I booked for our family of 4 three months in advance with 2 queen beds was not provided us. I attached a photo of our booking confirmation. We were instead given a basic room with just one bed. Something that is not even offered on their website. There was no apology, no refund or compensation offered. Instead they were incredibly rude and continually spewed lies. Karen and Nicole at the front desk were downright nasty and incompetent. Bonnie our “concierge” was also verbally abusive. I advise checking google reviews as well as this apparently is a consistent issue for them. Do not recommend in the slightest. Terrible. Nasty humans and business practice. The restaraunt and pool staff are kind and attentive thus far.

Great experience in Puerto Vallarta
Excellent place to spend your vacations. Activities for all the family. The view from the hotel is stunning. And the staff: WOW!!!!! The food is spectacular and in general all the facilities are spectacular. There is a natural pool, which is part of the mountain cascade.

Absolutely Outstanding Stay at the Garza Blanca!!
Absolutely outstanding stay which far exceeded our expectations! EVERY single staff person, from the minute we arrived until the minute we left, were exceptional. Not only was every single person helpful, but they all truly seemed happy to work there and did everything they possibly could to make our stay perfect! We were only there for 3 nights, and I so wished we were there longer!! The resort itself is magnificent....from the various infinity pools to the beautiful suites (including hammocks on the patio, high end amenities, wonderful tub, incredible turndown service) to the outstanding options included in the all-inclusive plan to the care taken by every employee including housekeeping to room service to the restaurant staff....can't say enough good things about this resort! We also loved the option to use the Mousai facilities and the TierraLuna Gardens....they were all beautiful and we just needed more time to fully experience everything they had to offer! From the minute we arrived, Miranda (concierge) made us feel so welcome and truly made our stay special! She spent quite a bit of time explaining the many amenities within the resort and we loved being able to text her with questions throughout our stay! We had a wonderful dinner at Hiroshi, and Ruben, Irving and Paola made our evening there so special!! Our last night was spent at Bocados where Julian and Ivan were beyond exceptional! They knew it was our last night, and we couldn't believe it when they brought us a special dessert with a note "Have a Great Trip" written beautifully on the plate.....what a truly special ending to our trip!! Roberto (our beach server) was also beyond exceptional and we so appreciated his great service and outstanding attitude! We can't say enough good things about our stay at the Garza Blanca! Hoping to return soon!

Food and service exceptional.
Location is amazing. Pool is perfect. The grounds are gorgeous. Bed is comfortable. Excellent food and service! The breakfast buffet at Blanca Blue was amazing. Especially the omelette bar and the bartender making the cappuccinos! Thank you Pablo, Mario, Javier and Elaine!
