Beautiful resort but horrible food
We went for my bachelorette trip. The star was amazing. The location is also good. Food was the worst thing ever…..I absolutely hated every meal except for breakfast which was okay. I read reviews about their food before going but I thought to myself that it can’t be that bad and I’m sure we’ll find at least one thing to eat…nope I was absolutely wrong. The food really was the worst and I can’t stress that enough. But I will say again that staff was great and beach was nice. It was extremely windy that weekend so it was high waves so we weren’t able to stay there for awhile but that’s okay, the pool made up for it. The ocean view room was nice but there was an ugly building right in front of us that kind of ruined the view. The construction workers were still there and just staring at the room/windows so it was a bit uncomfortable. A tiny bit outdated but nothing too serious.

Fantastic stay
The food sis fantastic. While preferences very from person to person I believe the food was great. Staff is very attentive and the resort is very clean. Staff is co stable performing "freshing-up" maintenance to paint and other things to make sure this resort is a paradise. I would strongly recommend. Our family has stayed at many resorts throughout the Caribbean and this one did not disappoint.

Nice resort, front desk issues
Overall pleased with the resort. Very clean, good food choices and the wait staff was stellar. However, we were very disappointed with the customer service at the front desk. At check in and through out our stay, little effort towards being helpful, no smiles or sincere greetings. The young lady that checked us out was kind and efficient.

Great time had by all
The kids club is amazing! A special thank you to Bel, Crissel and Monty; the girls loved doing crafts and spending time with you! It was a great downtime for them away from the sun and heat. The entertainment team and the night shows are also top notch. The Disney show is must see the kids loved it 😍
