One of the most memorable trips we have ever had. No words can express how great of a resort it is! The service was mind blowing. We were in an ocean front room and the view was breathtaking. Definitely gonna choose this place again if we decide to come back here anytime in future. 100% recommended!!!

Excellent
Awesome trip especially the shows every night were must watch. Unlimited and Good food and clean rooms and pools. Really had so much fun, kids enjoyed a lot. Will really visit again for sure and recommend to everyone if you are looking to come here in Cancun

Amazing show/ absolutely talented people
Amazing show. A must see show with kids. One of the life time opportunity to watch the show. Love it love it love it. Visited from Canada and was amazed to watch the show with the family kids/ aged 4 and 6. Absolutely beautiful show. Love you guys once again

My daughter and I had such a great time. The hotel was clean and the rooms roomy. The beach was beautiful. The food was good and accessible all day long. We had the most beautiful view and balcony. The kids club was amazing too. They keep the children busy with crafts and activities. The girls that mind the children are so lovely. My daughter has said on multiple occasions we returned home that she misses Bella & Cristelle. Our most favourite part of our stay was meeting the entertainment team, specifically Ysrael. He is extremely talented, friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. He made us feel welcome and included in the data activities every day. He's absolutely wonderful! I would definitely recommend this resort for a family stay.

Awesome!
Beautiful resort. Bery modern and clean. Rooms were excellent wirh comfy beds. The front staff girl Nath (Nathalie) was very helpful and friendly . She is in training from umiversity and will do a very great job. Her English is perfect with a very big smile. The buffet was excellent with tons of variety. The green juice was the best!
