    La Joya

Good was delicious and the music was very good. Their drinks are also good. Our waiter named Fernando was also helpful and quick with getting the stuff we asked for. He was also above and beyond by checking in on us often and bringing us refills without us even asking.

    nothing everything is perfect

very very good services!!!!😍 Thank you for a great vacation. My family and I enjoyed the great food in Mexico and the great tourism service. We had a great four days. In an Italian restaurant of our resort, there was a gentle waiter named Elias. His service was very attentive and he had a good attitude towards talking to others!! He chatted with us and we learned a lot of Spanish. It was a very good journey and a very good dining experience! And his colleague Moises was also very welcoming, let us experience the hospitality of the Mexican people.😁😁

    Highly recommended restaurant.

Ricardo is very enthusiastic, gentleman and detailed. He takes care of every person’s taste and preferences, make people feel warm. For the food, it is one of the most delicious food among all the restaurants in Grand Fieste Americana Coral Beech. Highly recommend the black onion and Gilled Shrimp Taco. 🌮

The answer to this resort is yes.

This was hands down one of the nicest, cleanest resorts I've ever been too. I'm not as well traveled as some, but I've been around enough to know a good place and bad place. This is a great place. This was our first trip our of the country with our 3 yo, and it could not have been an easier, more family friendly place to visit. Most families there had at least one child under the age 10, but the resort is so big that it never felt overrun with children. I am not one to completely re-do a vacation, but I want to get my next trip to this resort on the books ASAP. The rooms were very clean and the the food was AMAZING. Like seriously, amazing. I didn't have anything that I would even consider mediocre, everything I ate was delicious, which isn't super common at all inclusive resorts. Also, the pool, beach and grounds were kept very, very clean. The specifics: Check in was easy, they had our rooms ready for us when we arrived. We settled in, grabbed a drink and ate at that the taco place on the beach. We made dinner reservations for the week, which was super easy, and they wrote everything down for you. The only place we couldn't go was the Hibachi place, as that is for people 5 and over for safety purposes, which was fine with us. Restaurant reviews without the actual restaurant names (sorry!): The Empanada place- food was good, but didn't have any empanadas, which was a little disappointing, but the ribs there were delicious. The buffet: huge selection of food, all good, and they hand out mimosas like you're tick or treating. Love. We ate breakfast there every morning. The Seafood Place: we ate lunch and dinner here. The view is absolutely stunning and the service here was great. The food was good, but the desserts here, oh the desserts here were out of this world! 10/10. The Italian Place: this was my least favorite place we ate at, not because the food was bad, but we had to muddle through 2 language barriers as we speak english, the server spoke mostly spanish and the menu is written in italian. If you are bilingual, you will probably have a better time, but the food was good and the entertainment was fabulous. Also, i understand efficiency in pre-bussing a table, but the servers here were borderline rude with taking our plates and asking us to move our drinks so they could wipe down the table. The taco place on the beach: great food, great vibes and our glasses were never empty for long. We ate here twice as you can dine in your bathing suit, so it was easy to just pop down from the pool or beach. The Steakhouse: Yes. Just yes. Do it. Order the tomahawk- it's extra, but worth every penny. The cow did not die in vain. 10/10 The Mexican Place: I had the chicken enchiladas in mole sauce, and it is in the top 10 things I have ever eaten. And the mariachis sang happy bday to my husband, which was super cool. My only critique of the whole place would be trying to figure out what events are happening and when. It took me a few days to get the hang of how things are scheduled and where to find that information. There is a QR code by the pool doors that you scan and it takes you to a wonky little website with a PDF of the happenings for the day. Now that we know where to look, when we go back we can set our sails better for the day, but communication surrounding scheduled events would be the only not overly positive thing I have to say about this resort. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have kids.
