Fabulous experience
Third time at this resort ~ amazing staff Particularly Abraham who was our breakfast server ~ he and his team were amazing and made our stay even better.. we are dining back in March and have already requested that we have his section every morning

Sushi Sky Bar - Custom Dinner
The best way to explain this meal is short and simple. My family has been coming here for 25 years and this time on my first night, I went night time free diving with spears guns for fish to bring back for sushi. I got 2 parrot fish, 2 grouper, 1 trigger fish and a red snapper. When we went to dinner on our last night, they prepped over 150 rolls of sushi and sashimi that was absolutely mind boggling. It put sugar fish in Santa Monica to shame. The pictures speak for themselves. Thank you to the waiters Carlos and Anthony, the manager Oscar, and the head chef David for a truly unforgettable meal.

Since I arrived here Everything was perfect , delicious food , best services , establishment squeaky clean and beautiful, every time I needed anything I had it in matter of minutes, staff beautiful people so kind and friendly , always on the go with anything you need. 100/100

Nice resort, but bad check-in and front desk staff experience
Positive: The amenities, pools, and food were great. The staff at the restaurants and cleaning staff were truly exceptional. One constructive feedback is that their check-in process was abysmal, unorganized, and inconsistent. Check-in took over an hour, during which we saw many hotel guests cutting in front of a non-existent line or being chauffeured up by the front desk staff to the check-in desk from behind us. We raised a couple of times to the staff that we were next in line, but we were met with a “we will be with you shortly” response. Once checked in, we were taken up to our room, but when we reached there, our keys did not work. After such a long check-in experience, the issue with our keys was frustrating. We had to go back to the front desk, which was not close to our room, to get our keys activated correctly. Similarly, during our stay our keys stopped working 1 or 2 more times, requiring us to go back for activation again and again. Lastly, we heard from other guests, including friends we vacationed with, that their check-in experience included welcome drinks and their children being offered a welcome basket with beach toys, etc. None of the above were offered to us during our check-in. Most importantly, when I tried to address any of these issues with the front desk staff, it was received with zero accountability or empathy. Check-in being the first impression, especially after a long day of travel with a toddler, definitely left a bad taste for us for the resort. Mistakes and inefficiencies can happen, but how the front desk staff responded or rather their lack of hospitality in response, when issues were raised, confirmed that this resort will not be a choice for us for future travel.

Awesome Resort!
Amazing resort and gym! Food was awesome and fresh, service was great and the gym was clean and had a good assortment of equipment (with a punching bag!!) Benjamin was really helpful, he would also show people how to use the equipment if they needed help!
