Great place for family. Really Friendly. Hotels rooms can be improve a little bit more with maintenance. I come back again in the future if there is a good deal. The servers are friendly and attentive Viva Punta cana! Y que viva Palladium! From canada

Overall, we believe the resort has incredible potential. We truly love the employees and enjoy being members here, but our experience would be significantly enhanced with renovations and improved food options and quality. We are especially grateful for the outstanding service from Jhan Carlos, the travel club driver, who went above and beyond to take care of us like family. Our concierge, Barbarity, was exceptional and very accommodating. These are the reasons we keep coming back—the people and the experiences that make us feel at home. However, we were disappointed by the quality and limited variety of the food, as well as some staff members who were not as friendly. Additionally, the resort is in need of major renovations, both in the rooms and the common areas. On a positive note, Vladimir was an amazing bartender, and Roselyn and Gloria gave us the best massages we’ve ever had at the spa. Their expertise truly stood out. We hope to see improvements in the future, as we know the resort can live up to its full potential.

Beautiful, well maintained grounds, but otherwise average.
Inefficient frontdesk, check in process far too long. Room cleanliness quite disappointing. While catering to international tourists, the service people should have some understanding of English.

The service staff were not great, the food was not good. People would order many plates and most of it was cold and not edible. Kitchen staff have no idea how prepare and serve food. Forget about getting a drink before dinner. If you’re lucky to get it will be after your meal. The house keeping was awful, never replaced towels and would leave unwashed dishes. We ordered extra pillows and they would take them away the next day. Somehow we arrived with 3 iPhone chargers and came back with only one. Our 6th Punta Cana visit, maybe the last.

Grand Palladium Resorts are the BEST! You have the most wonderful employees.
Our trip was amazing from start to finish. Upon arriving mom and I were met by a wonderful man named Juan Carlos. He made his services (I'm disabled) available to us at the drop of a hat! And when he couldn't personally he sent someone who could. That's how we met and were escorted to dinner one night by the sweetest young man named Ramon who was one of the hardest workers! He was at the beach outdoor buffet by day and the Steakhouse in the evening. I've been to a Palladium Resort bf but this trip was the best by far due the service.
