Definitely not 5-star. Not worth the money.
The only one good thing we have to say about this resort is that the kids club was great. Lots of staff, and did lots of great activities with the kids throughout the day. Overall, we felt very ripped off for what we paid. We paid almost half the price to go to Grand Sirenis next door, and even though it is only a 4 star, it looks and feels far more like a 5 star than Palladium. Food, staff, grounds, activities, entertainment, housekeeping -all of it is exponentially better at GS, and way more on offer too. Would not recommend Grand Palladium to anyone

Overall good, some improvements could be made
Overall good, some improvements could be made. The resort is too over crowded, making for a noisy breakfast experience. Some of the workers do not speak English or very few words of English.

Place is way understaffed and it shows in the workers, they do the best they can but have too much on their plate to do the good job they want to

Nice hotel a pity it sits close to highway
We spent one week at the hotel. The hotel is nice with a nice lobby entrance. Our 1st bedroom was on the highway side with constant noise of the highway. Impossible to sleep without closing window. After many complaints and 2 sleepless nights we got another room (thanks to one member at the reception very professional and kind) on the other side (quieter) even if there was music the whole night long. Hotel was also very crowded. For the rest the hotel is very nice with nature (a pity the highway is nearby) and animals. The beach is also really nice and quiet, and one can enjoy long walks in the sand. Shoes are recommended as there are rocky areas. Personnel was OK One side comment, it took 3.30 hours to get out of the airport in Cancun, terrible experience and summum of disorganization. We will not come back.

Awesome show & dinner at Sumptuori
The show with the meal was very entertaining! Kept us laughing the whole time. The food was ammaaaazzzing!!! So far the best meal! Every portion was delicious, not too salty or sweet. If I have a chance to return this trip, this is where I’d come.
