  Jamming in Jamaica

  Loved my stay and it was beautiful everyday. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Had trouble finding change in small bills.

  Look Elsewhere

  I will try to cover every aspect of this resort in my review , I spent 6 days at this place and explored every corner. Food - 3 buffets from which 1 only serves breakfast, all the breakfast/lunch/dinner at each buffet is almost indentical EVERY day. They have 2 jerk huts , one by the pool and one by the beach , it’s the same food everyday , chicken with jerk sauce and rice. The specialty dining taste wise is probably a 7/10 , however from the time of your reservation to the time the dinner comes out and you leave will be a 2 hour window at the minimum ! Pool - nice massive size pool , very spacious, however you need to get to the pool area at 7am to put down towels on chairs , after 830am you will NOT get a chair , no matter how hard you look , will not happen. In addition the pool bar for such a massive pool it too busy and understaffed , minimum wait time during peak time is 10 mins , add they never have the “ingredients” to make popular pool drinks (painkillers , mudslides , pina colodas ) Beach - probably the best part of the resort , go to the beach at sunset cove , not the one by the pool , the water has a lot of seaweed but still was the best part Entertainment - the shows were decent , as expected for resort shows , however the DJ played the EXACT same playlist every single night , they did have special entertainment but again with such very little options, you had to get there 2-3 hours before showtime to get a place to sit since that’s where everyone on the resort went after 6pm Bars - the drinks during the day are a lot better than at night , when the crowd comes the bartenders with just throw stuff together and give it you , no special drinks at night , again due to lack of “ingredients” but in reality it’s just laziness and overcrowding Rooms - the rooms are nice , average , nothing out of the ordinary, meet expectations, however the cleaning service is very slow , we would leave the room at 9am and come back at 4pm to them just cleaning it at that time , slowed down our day to a point where we just stopped requesting the service Staff - staff was very cool and nice , bartenders were the only staff that got annoyed or showed attitude at times but overall very friendly Also this resort is not in Montego Bay , it will take you 45mins and 120$ taxi to get into Montego Bay If you are going to Montego Bay looking for a fun time , steer clear of here and look for something that’s in Montego Bay If you are looking to relax on the pool and beach with family , look into staying in Negril as it has 7 mile beach This place is in the middle of both cities and really doesn’t offer anything amazing

  Great vacation

  Traveling with food allergies can be very frustrating. They take allergies very seriously. There is room for some minor improvements but overall a great experience.

  The best vacation ever!

  The property was simply beautiful, the only thing I would change is doing the adults side only next time. But I will do Grand Palladium with our grandkids, they will love it.

  Don’t do it

  Food was the absolute worst food I have ever had at a resort in my life. Service was horrible, give or take a few employees. They were only pleasant if you had tips to give them. Drinks were horrible. I would never come back to this resort again. My children also got hand foot and mouth disease while we were here. Arrived on Saturday and fevers began Thursday..downhill from there. They were not around any other kids, so I’m assuming the pool… The money we spent on an all inclusive trip for 5, I expected A LOT better.
