Good location, deceptive marketing
provides a 3 star experience at 5 star prices, would not recommend spending your money to come here.

Left after 1 night
Well since I am up at 730 AM because of the grounds crew shouting and talking loud outside our rooms, I should just go ahead and write a review of this place. We only stayed one night and moved to a different resort. 1st experience was at the front desk where it took forever to get us our rooms. We endured some guy trying to sell us on some time share nonsense for several minutes and eventually just had to walk away from him. Once we finally got a room, one of them had a patio door that the lock didn’t work and the lights upstairs didn’t work. This was our kids room so we called 3x to have someone come fix it. Finally I went to the front desk and I talked directly to someone and they sent someone. Next my wife is allergic to feather pillows. Upon checking in we asked for foam pillows. Again we asked several times over a five hour span. Maintenance knocked on our door at 10 pm and brought us MORE feather pillows. My wife slept on a shirt. Now it’s early and after very little sleep the grounds crew is literally outside shouting to each other non stop. So since I can’t sleep I have time to write this review. I’ll never recommend this place.

Overall we had a great stay at this resort. I would recommend this resort to others, but I think the quality and variety of food could be better.

Worst vacation ever!
This was the worst vacation I have ever been on. The tv broke in my son’s room and they charged us $800 for a tv we did not break. We had no water one night. Someone came into my room while we were gone eating and left an empty beer can. The jets in the tub did not work. The ceiling fan stopped working and it is humid and you need it. During a rain storm one of our rooms flooded and another had water running down the walls of their room. They were painting in the bathrooms but did not have it marked and a Lululemon bag was ruined with paint. The buffet food was cold. They were very slow when it comes to help in the store and making drinks. The guest service people were arrogant and rude and told us we should have reported things sooner.

Do not accept ground floor rooms because of bug problems. Staff very friendly, food was quite good. Hand sanitizer used only occassinal by hostess. Room was poor with broken items, electric outlets not working, broken toilet seat, shower leaking, chair broken, bed foot frame was a tripping hazard, light switches falling off wall, alarms going off at 1 am with no explanation to customers. This was a junior suit as well. Our view from the room was a square wooden box (not even sure what it was). No schedules provided for pool activities and shows, the app provided was useless because there were no times
